SKI IN/SKI OUT with your own PRIVATE HOT TUB!!  Welcome to Sun Peaks where we offer some of the best skiing in Canada without the crowds.  Our condo is located ground level of the Forest Trails Complex facing a green belt with a river and Mountain views of Mount Morrisey. Forest Trails is one of the most unique complexes in that it is very private but also very close to the village and main lifts.

In addition to your own private garage and hot tub our condo also offers in suite laundry,heated floors, a selection of games, DVD's, videos and all the essentials in the kitchen to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Skiers, snowboarders and other winter enthusiasts have endless activities to choose from: Nordic or alpine skiing, tubing, skating, snow shoeing, dog sledding or simply relaxing by the fire or at the village spa. We are short walk to The Village, less than 5 minutes, making it a very convenient location offering a variety of restaurants and shops to enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Cozy and comfortable furnishings, greenery through the high windows, and a private hot tub right outside, facing the green space. Nice! A variety of pillows and blankets for different preferences.

Wonderful kitchen to cook and prepare meals in. A comprehensive selection of oils, spices, teas and utensils. Would only suggest checking out the condition of some of the pots - base on one of them was misshapen and didn't conduct heat properly.

Easy access to ski run as noted in previous review. Walking to and from the village was peaceful along the quiet hard-packed trail.

We will definitely seek out this lovely unit again for our next stay at Sun Peaks. Thank you!

Kitchen well supplied with items, not every day you find a crockpot and tupperwear!

Other reviews were sketchy with info on the ski in or out information. You walk out the door to the road way, turn left walk is about 150 steps to the Village trail, you can slide most of the way to the village from there. On the return take the Rambler run till you come to Mt. Morrisey access till you connect with the Sundance cut off. That gets you across the street from where you accessed the Village trail..so you have a small walk back and your home!

Very quiet and peaceful and short walk to the village.

Location

European style condo complex that is a 2 minute ski to the lifts and a 5 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is grocery and amenity shopping as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 3 minute walk to the recreation center with a outdoor pool, skating rink ( summer - tennis court ). The golf course club house is in the main lodge in the village.

When driving up you will take a right at your first stop sign in the Village.  Then take your second left on Sun Peaks Road and the complex is on your left hand side.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

The following policies are firm and we require active acceptance by the contracting guest when booking our home. If we find that you are in violation of any these policies prior to your arrival date, we will cancel your reservation, without a refund. Please read these carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns in this regard, or require any clarification on any of these policies. These policies apply to all guests and any visitors to the property. The contracting guest will be held financially liable for any costs as a result of breach of these terms.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your travel plans.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.

Property Details

Our Entrance Way is down the stairs to the left of the garage at ground level.  Our condo has a seperate entrace with a bench and hooks making it easy to unload all your gear before entering the condo.   There is extra space in the first closet for any extra stuff you may need to hang.  Our one bedroom is 650 sq. ft. with a pull out hideabed in the living area.  The bathroom has a jetted tub and shower.  Floors are carpeted and heated tile.  Fireplace is controlled by the thermostat on the wall directly beside it. In suite Laundry is a stackable unit inside a closet located in the hallway.  Garbage is under the sink and recycling is in the large closet near the entrance.

About Us

Curtis and Liza moved to Kamloops in December of 2008.  Shortly after we discoverd Sun Peaks and fell in love with it.  We spent some much time here we finally bought a place.  We hike, bike, golf and snowboard, this hill has it all.  We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we have over the years.
