2018 Group Ski Trip

This was our third stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. The accommodation was clean and welcoming upon arrival and we had a mid stay clean too. There were a couple of issues, beds not configured as pre-requested and lack of pots and pans in the kitchen, these issues were dealt with promptly by Rob once I emailed him to bring to his attention which was greatly appreciated. The check in staff and maintenance were also very efficient with any request made.

I would have no doubt in recommending a stay at Fitzsimmons and hope to stay there again should we return to Whistler.

This was our 2nd stay in Fitzsimmons 2 which speaks for itself as we were happy to return. It is always nice to go somewhere knowing you are going to stay secure in the knowledge that the accommodation you have booked is as it has been described on the website. We had to call the management company to attend to some issues we had, master bedroom patio door would not close properly which caused a terrible draught at night and the screws holding the dishwasher in place had gone which meant it came out of its position when the door was opened. Had to request hot tub towels as none in property upon arrival but that said all of our requests were carried out promptly and within 24 hours. House keeping came to carry out a midweek clean which was nice but they came quite early and we weren't dressed so they had to wait for us, perhaps a call the night before to let you know they are coming would be a good idea. Kitchen fairly well stocked but would recommend a few more large serving bowls, highball glasses and a potato masher! Despite the few 'niggles' our stay at the property was very enjoyable and we are already looking at returning next year.

Best Vacation Ever!

I can't say enough nice things about this entire experience. The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. The short walk into the Village was great. The booking, check-in, and services provided by Whistler were outstanding! I own two companies involved in travel and destination management. Whistler and the properties that are offered are all 5 Star and customer service is surpassed by none. I highly recommend this has a destination for winter or summer. Hope to be back in 2017!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less a 5% processing fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refund values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations and less processing fees. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Delayed Arrivals Refunds are not issued for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions are provided upon final payment. Guests will check in at our central desk upon arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1500 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1500 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.
