An outdoor gas fireplace makes a cozy place to enjoy chilly evenings off the living space. LOCATION
The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, approximately 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive (approximately $2.50 per ride). Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. For guests visiting in the winter months (December- March) we provide one parking pass per unit for an underground parking garage located in the main village center, about a 2-3 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center. Guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a liquor store, coffee shop and other retail outlets.
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. We loved this place for our annual family get together. We were 10 people between 3 families, and had plenty of privacy between the different levels and rooms. It was close enough to the village for our early morning walks. We had a few minor questions, and the management was quick to answer and accommodated us very well. Thanks for opening your home!

This space is incredibly spacious, modern and homey. Stayed here with 6 guests and there was more than enough room. 15 min walk to the Village and 5 min to market. The view is beautiful and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus, even in the summer. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Outstanding say at Fitzsimmons Walk - Our group of 6 (3 couples) found this to be perfect for our group!
The layout was nice for us as we were not all cramped together on one floor! The third level was an excellent gathering area for us to come together. All amenities were very nice (towels a little thin for the luxury price we paid though.)
We appreciated how clean the home was and how easy it was to get to the village from the condo. Honestly there were 95 percent pros to this condo. Just a few cons...the parking garages were incredibly small and yes, there was room for 2 cars but in single garages that we couldn't even close with the boot racks sticking out making it impossible to pull in. Also, the trash cans took up one garage space. We were glad that these were internal garages and not open to the street so we didn't mind too much. The home needs a few repairs but quite nice overall.
We all agreed we would stay again!
