Our renovated  3 bedroom townhouse with heated slate floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer is conveniently located within walking distance to the ski lifts, shopping and other amenities!

Our Private Concierge service is complimentary for our guests.  Shirley from "Peak to Creek Concierge"  is available to assist with transportation, equipment rentals, dinner reservations, groceries upon arrival,  childcare and much more to ensure you have a carefree and relaxing vacation!   This is truly a service you will want to take advantage of - completely complimentary.  Imagine, no lineups at ticket windows!

Our home comfortably sleeps 9 guests and is conveniently located in the village so no vehicle is required.  Walk to the lifts within 5-10 minutes, or step on the free shuttle right outside the complex and be dropped off at Blackcomb Base!

Thank you 'Gibbons Family' for welcoming us into your fantastic vacation rental! We enjoyed the best accommodations anyone could expect when coming to Whistler/Blackcomb. Convenient to everything in the Village and to the mountain bases. We benefitted from the gracious help of the awesome concierge services available with the rental, who helped make planning for dining out, arranging our lift tickets and our overall stay effortless!! The condo has everything anyone needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Kids loved the hot tub and pool, wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and improved upgrades throughout the unit. Everyone was thankful for fast internet access and Cable TV channel line-up! - Seattle SkiHawx

Loved our stay here! Property has everything you want and need and the location is great - close to everything. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to lounge around after a big day skiing. Wish we could come back every year!! Shirley was also excellent organising all our transport, lift tickets and ski hire. Thanks for having us Tracey.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction by security company. No refunds will be given.
Forgotten Items by Guest Will not be returned unless it is at the guests expense. Sorry
Housekeeping Cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Let us know if there are problems.
Liability We are not responsible for injury in the unit or resort. Please be careful!

Property Damage Guests assume financial responsibility for property damage incurred by themselves or their guests. Legal proceedings will commence. Damage includes but is not limited to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items and smoking or pets inside the property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction Noise, damage, smoking, pets, complaints and over-occupancy will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.

About Us

We are a Greater Vancouver Family that loves to hike, ski, bike and be outside.  Our dream has been to own a Whistler "home away from home".  When the opporunity came to buy in Sunpath, we saw that it offered everything we wanted.  

With busy, active, school aged children, we can't get to Whistler as often as we would like, so offering our own "home away from home" to others as a getaway in Nature's Playground made a lot of sense.
