Property Description

Our spacious, comfortable property is set out over 2 floors. 

On the ground floor there is a large open plan living and dining area leading out onto a patio with oudoor furniture and a BBQ (summer only).  There's also a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes and lastly, a bathroom with luxury shower.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and views over the golf course and mountains beyond.  There's also a family bathroom with spa bath - ideal for unwinding after a fun day!

The L'Aiglon development sits right on the La Bete golf course, so golf enthusiasts will be in their element.  There are also several other golf courses in the area.

Hi there,

Condo 1617 is a 5 minute drive from Mont Tremblant and around a 90 minute drive from Montreal.

Getting from Montreal to Mont-Tremblant: Take Route 15 North. The journey is 130km and takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Route 15 eventually turns into route 117 North. Exit route 117 North at exit 119 onto Montee Ryan and turn right passing a petrol station and MacDonalds on your right. Continue along Montee Ryan for around 2 minutes and the entrance to La Bete golf course will be halfway down a hill on your right. Follow the road right along and down. Condo 1617 is at the very end with an obvious parking space.

From Mont Tremblant town centre, the journey to the Condo is short and simple. Follow Route117 South towards Montreal for around 5 miles. The entrance to La Bete Golf Course is halfway up a hill on your left. The journey is only about 5km and should take around 5 minutes. Our management agent Tremblant Sunstar will take an imprint of a credit card when you check in.  This is for the unlikely event that there is damage to the property during your stay.  No charge will ever be made to your credit card without speaking with you first.

Cancellations Made by Guests 75% refundable with 2 months notice, 50% refundable with 1 months notice, otherwise all payments are non refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds provided. Late entry into the property is available.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information On receipt of full payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

We had seven people comfortably stay in this great location and entertained a party of 6 more. Great open floor plan allowed for inclusive conversations for all! Great quiet location at end of the road at La Bete Golf Course. Use of the barbeque was great for our dinner party. Check in was quick and very efficient. My forgotten items were quickly shipped back to me. Amazing! The pots and frying pans could use a little upgrade (as is the case with a lot of vacation rentals). A WIFI or internet connection would also be a nice touch for your guests in today's techie age. A few how-to instructions on appliance use would be helpful to future guests. A guest book to sign is a nice touch as well. Always enjoy reading previous guest comments at vacation rentals, ie. things to do, places to go. I've never used AlluraDirect.com before but would definitely use again and recommend for exceptional mountain vacation rentals.
