Welcome to our well situated condo in the four-season Mont Tremblant resort.  Our location, amidst birch and maple trees and backing onto the well-known Le Geant golf course, gives seclusion yet is close to the "joie de vivre" of the Pedestrian Village.  It is a cozy oasis designed to encourage rest and relaxation in a mountain locale.  This is a perfect place for a get-away for two. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

Super séjour pour le 70.3 de Tremblant. Tout a été très bien: commodités, emplacement, environnement, propreté, etc. Chevreuils pour nous tenir compagnie et belle vue sur le boisé. Nous y retournerons certainement! :-)

Stay in Mont Tremblant - Family Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. We watched for the deer each day. We could just put our snowshoes on and head out. Great to have cards, board games and movies. We look forward to staying again and relaxing by the fireplace. It was great to have the shuttle to take us to the village, no need to drive around looking for parking.

Our condo is located in the Les Manoirs development of the Domain de Geant area of the Mont Tremblant Resort.  

Our location, amidst birch and maple trees backing onto the well-known Le Geant Golf Course, gives seclusion yet is close to the "joie de vivre" of the Pedestrian Village. The condo is directly across from the access to the Multi-Functional Trail which leads (ski-out) to the Porte Du Soleil Lift and Pedestrian Village.


Exit Route 117 North  at exit 119 on to Montee Ryan.  Follow Mont Ryan and turn right at the second traffic circle on to chemin Duplessis.  Then right again at the stop sign on to chemin des Quatre Sommets.  Les Manoirs is the first left turn.  (There is a sign to mark the entrance).

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests No cancellations 45 days prior to check-in. Full refund if cancellation made before the 45 day check-in limit
Delayed Arrivals no refund permitted.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All the required check-in, check-out information and coded access number will be sent to you by separate email (once the guest has been screened/vetted), several days prior to your arrival. Special arragements can be made with the owner if required
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book if the dates are still available and the deposit will not be re-charged

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Earlier check-in must be pre-arranged with the owner
Check-Out Time 11:00 AM. In order to clean and prepare the condo for our next Guests please respect the check-out time
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $100. When the required housekeeping is above the norm. Before leaving please put the last load of dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please respect the other guests staying in the buliding
Garbage Removal Please remove garbage/recyclables. Please put garbage/recyclables into the box in parking lot upon your final departure
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay. No daily housekeeping
Internet Availability & Usage The Internet is available for e-mail use and light surfing (to stay in touch). Please no down loading of large files and/or streaming of movies/TV programs. Any illegal use will not be permitted, Usage above the intended purpose will be charged back to the user. The condo owner can not be held responsible if internet access is not available due to technical difficulties. Thanks!
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to our guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any locations at the Mont Tremblant Resort. Locking Door Please keep the door locked when not present in the condo. An access code will be provided to you prior to your stay

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Ski locker is located outside, adjacent to the condo front door. Skis/snowboards and bicycles not permitted in condo
Terms of Eviction Failure to comply with these policies including smoking, excessive noise threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; in excess of 4 overnight occupants.

Reservation Guarantee In the event of a major event (fire, flood etc.) or property damage rendering the unit unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you, or at our discretion provide a full reimbursement without other compensation.

Les Manoirs is a unique condo complex styled along the lines of  historic buildings on the Eastern American seaboard.  It is nicely landscaped to suit its natural mountain setting.  The development contains a lookout structure, tree house, children's play area, pond, practice putting green, and a seasonal tiered swimming pool with hot tub all for your enjoyment.   All this and just minutes away from the Pedestrian Village.

About Us

We live in Ottawa and have been vacationing in the Tremblant area for over twenty years.  We first came to view the spectacular autumn colours.  We were hooked!  Les Manoirs gives us tranquility when we want it and the excitement of the village just steps away.  After a day of skiing or hiking and breathing in the fresh mountain air, we are relaxed and refreshed.  Even a cool rainy day spent reading in front of the fire is enriching.  Time has passed and we are now seeing the delights of Tremblant through the eyes of our grandchildren.  We are creating precious memories with our family.  We want to share our home with you so that you too can enjoy all that Tremblant offers.
