Very good rental for large extended family

5 day summer vacation with children and grandchildren. The house is right on the lake, with a dock, boats and very good swimming. The drop off in the water is very gradual, making swimming very safe for small children. Very nice grounds, nicely landscaped, with plenty of space to sit, eat, play etc.

The house itself is clean and in good condition, but not very comfortable in hot, humid weather which we had the first 2 days. The dehumidifier made the main floor more comfortable but made the basement too hot. The solution: the weather cooled a little and everything was fine.

This is the 2nd time I have rented this property, and I would rent it again.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs housekeeping over and above the norm will result in extra billing withheld fromm damage deposit.

Garbage Removal Bring garbage at wooden box near the parking in the street.

Chalet au bord du Lac:  one of a kind place in this area with its two different units.  Main & Upper Floor with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake from this open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. 

Lower level with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 full bathroom

Great for a big family.  Each unit has it's own wood fireplace, and a third one outside is unique for enjoying intimate evenings on the stone terrace, in the summer time. 

These two adjacent units keep you close  and have a direct access on the lake Ouimet, a non-motorized lake that offers tranquility and a spectacular view.

About Us

I am from Montréal and I have a store of lampshades there.  I love Mont-Tremblant, in any season.  My chalet is on the lake and when I go there I don't want to come back.  Winter in front of the fireplace and summer on the quay, it's so relaxing
