We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was exactly as expected, and had everything we needed - in fact it was the best stocked condo we have ever rented. You can not beat the ski in/out location and it was only a short walk to the village - about 10 min. We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip. Awesome place, perfect location, right on the mountain. Only minor issues were: still a load of towels in the washing machine when we got there, garbage wasn't taken out and the hot tub kept reverting back to 99 degrees, which may have been user error. What a great holiday! The owners were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.We were two families traveling together and the size of the property and layout worked well for us. The cleaning crew didn't do a great job and we did have to do a bit of cleaning the day we arrived and make up some of the beds, but this wasn't a big deal as it was really just vacuuming, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless!
The kitchen was well stocked, the laundry was large with great appliances and bench space. The entryway and garage had plenty of room to store all out ski gear and put it all on in the mornings - not always easy with 3 children plus parents! The house had such a warm homely feel to it and the location right on a blue run, we've stayed in 10 different ski homes in BC over the last 5 years, was the best yet! The hot tub looked out over the ski run, which was a lovely way to finish the day.

We are located in the Perfection Ridge development which is the perfect location for a ski vacation. With direct ski in/out access, which gives access to 3 lifts to go up to the Village Centre or up onto the mountain and yet less than a 10 minute walk to the Village Centre. It doesn't get any better than this!!

Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise is not tolerated and can result in eviction from the property. Quiet time for the neighborhood is 11:00PM to 7:00AM.|
|Garbage Removal||Please place all garbage in the bags provided. All bags are to be left in the locked garage. Do not leave outside.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary upon arrival and after departure cleans.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm, or any property damage, suffered or caused by any guests or guests of guests while they are staying at our property or while visiting Big White Ski Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 hour. Emergency contact information will be provided with your access information.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8 people. You will be evicted if more than 8 guests stay overnight without our written consent.|
|Property Damage||Guests authorize a credit card payment for up to $500CDN upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but not restricted to; noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

Our 'Gormet' kitchen is fitted to a high specification, with stainless appliances, granite countertops and heated slate floors. You will find everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a large family meal. The kitchen area is seperated from the living and dining areas by a breakfast bar with seating, which is a great place to sit and eat an informal meal or to chat with those in the kitchen.
The living room is focused around the stone fireplace and has plenty of seating for all, with an 'L' shaped sofa and recliner chair. We have an LED televison and DVD player for your entertainment.
The dining area is on the main floor and has a table with seating for 8 and looks out over the deck with hot tub.
