Welcome to our 4 season getaway home. Located at one of the premier resorts in the Laurentians, the scenery of Mont Tremblant as well as the numerous year-round activities are sure to be a great way to spend any holiday; be it a week long vacation or just a weekend. It has breathtaking views of the mountains, and you can golf during the summer months at prestine golf courses nearby or ski during the winter.
Please note that our unit has recently undergone major work to ensure that the fireplace is working during the winter months - Les Falaises units are the only ones on Domaine de la Foret with working fireplaces this winter season and is ski-in ski-out

The living room is very open. We enjoy lighting fires during the winter and having the windows open during the summer months for fresh air. It is a lovely place to be during the fall as well, because you can see the leaves changing colors from the bay windows in the living room.
The dining room looks out onto the deck, which is nice during the summer when you decide to BBQ for a special occassion. It seats 6 and is well lit and an additional 3 on the kitchen bar.
Golf tickets and ski passes are available upon request at a reduced rate.

Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Please treat the unit properly. Should there be excessive cleaning costs associated with restoring the condo back to its original condition, these will be billed to the credit card used to make the re.|
|Excessive Noise||As everyone at the resort is there to enjoy their time, please avoid making excessive noise.|
|Garbage Removal||Garbage should be removed from the condo prior to departure.|
|Housekeeping||Housekeeping is done before and after the condo is occupied. SHould you require additional housekeeping, pelase contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements. Additional fees are applicable.|
|Liability||Owner is not responsible for any bodily or personal injuries to guests while they are in our property or in any location of Mont Tremblant Ski Resort.|
|Locking Door||The door should be locked at all times. Should personal items go missing due to negligence, the property owner is not responsible. Should items belonging to the owner go missing, the cost of these wil.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Contact owner at telephone numbers provided.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Six.|
|Missing Items||Should items go missing from the condo, the property manager will notify the owner who reserves the right to charge the value of these goods to the credit card used to make the reservation. .|
|Noise Restrictions||As everyone at the resort is there to enjoy their time, please avoid making excessive noise.|
|Parking & Ticketing||You should park only in the spot marked 134-6 or designated guest parking spaces or there is a chance that your car gets towed.|
|Property Damage||Damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damages are incurred. Damage deposit is collected with balance of payment on your credit card. Property will be inspected by rental manager after your departure and before the next guest arrives. If no damages have been incurred, you will receive a refund by cheque or money order directly from the owner.|
