Both bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a large open concept living/dining area. The unit comfortably sleeps 6, and contains a full size kitchen to continue making those great home cooked meals. No vehicle required at Deer Lodge..everything Whistler has to offer is steps away.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is as described in the listing/pictures and was clean. Perfect location and good sized unit. Jason is responsive to ensure guests have a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Accommodation was mostly good. Just a few minor issues.

Low quality pots and pans, an awful dishwasher, a lack of glasses and old oven made the kitchen harder work than other places.

The hot tub is across the other side of village stroll in eagle lodge, and was pretty grim when you actually got there.

Was a bit noisy with during the night with continuous loud dripping from snow melt on the roof.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm. Please contact us IN ADVANCE to arrange earlier check-in.
Check-Out Time 10am. Please contact us IN ADVANCE to arrange late check-outs.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Responsibity of Guest. To be charged to credit card
Excessive Noise Not tolerated. Will result in eviction from property with no refunds.
Garbage Removal Responsibility of guest. Gargage and recycling room is located in the underground parking area
Housekeeping No charge for housekeeping. Mid-stay cleans provided (at no charge) for stays of 7 nights or longer

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Mountain Hideaways for all maintenance emergencies.

Terms of Eviction 24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.
