The Bella Vista Timber Frame chalet is a beautiful place with excellent views and good ski in/ ski out access. The unit is very well equipped, the kitchen is first class, the Weber BBQ is fantastic and the four bedrooms with queen beds suited our four couple group perfectly.

Aside from a couple of unfortunate equipment failures, our stay was great and we would definitely return another time. With the fantastic snow this year in Sun Peaks and the nice grooming, this was the best of our six trips to Sun Peaks. We will be back again!

Our chalet is located on Bella Vista Drive, an exclusive area with some of the finest ski-in/out chalets in Sun Peaks. The Morrisey Connector runs right past our back yard to provide excellent ski in & ski out access.  Our location provides great views of Todd & Morrisey Mountains, as well as a fantastic view of the valley.

Policies

The following policies are firm and we require active acceptance by the contracting guest when booking our home. If we find that you are in violation of any these policies prior to your arrival date, we will cancel your reservation, without a refund. Please read these carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns in this regard, or require any clarification on any of these policies. These policies apply to all guests and any visitors to the property. The contracting guest will be held financially liable for any costs as a result of breach of these terms.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non refundable except if booking can be replaced. refunds or portions thereof maybe refunded based on number of nights rebooked. refund subject to 4% fee to cover credit processing fees.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be deducted from damage deposit if post stay cleanup is deemed excessive.
Excessive Noise Quite betweent he hours of 11pm to 8am please.
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping Provided after your departure. Light housekeeping during your stay is appreciated
Liability Guests assume all liability during their stay at Sun Peaks.
Locking Door Please lock all doors following check out and while out.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Ron 604-861-6254.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 - Max 10 Adults.
Missing Items Will be deducted from damage deposit. ie. missing towels, decor items
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am. Please be considerate of other tenants in the building and our neighbors
Property Damage Will be charged back to guests if property is damaged during stay.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zoned for nightly rentals.

Terms of Eviction We reserve the right to evict within 12 hours notice should we receive 2 or more complaints and should those complaints contravene our stated policies.

Property Details

Our three level home features a beautiful Timber Frame, open style floor plan. The main floor consists of a Great Room with westerly views of both mountains, a feature fireplace, and french doors that lead to large front covered deck ,  A dining room and beautiful chefs kitchen are connected with open feel, A main bathroom which also serves as an ensuite for the bedroom in back  corner, A den in the opposite back corner with queen sofa bed, fireplace and TV , A mud room with 1/2 bath that leads to Large covered back deck , bar b que + hotub also seperates the Den and Back bedroom,  Down the stairs there is the 2 car garage and the laundry room. Walk up the elegant staircase and you are immersed in the beauty of the master bedroom, and two other equally beautiful bedrooms.  A common bathroom services both of these bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large master ensuite with walk-in shower, bathtub,  walk-in closet,  fireplace, and french doors leading to the outside deck with beautiful views af the area. The Chalet will comfortably accomodate 10 people maximum , any additional guests will require authorization and additional fees.
