Your dream chalet includes 1,800 square feet of living space and is professional decorated and furnished. Singles, couples and families alike will enjoy the homey and comfortable atmosphere. There is lots of sunshine throughout thanks to the abundance of windows with great scenery of the surrounding woods and golf course. The living and dining rooms have beautiful hardwood floors and exceptionally comfortable seating. The bright and well-equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need, and the Mont-Tremblant restaurants are also a short distance away! There are 4 large bedrooms and three full bathrooms and the master bath also has a Jacuzzi tub.
This is a great chalet for couples and families with children of all ages. It is well equipped with board games, high speed WiFi Internet, a PVR, DVD movie library and two wide screens HD TV's to watch them on!
The main floor staircase leads to the charming large bedrooms upstairs, which both feature a queen size bed. The master bedroom overlooks a romantic storybook forested area with a ravine running through it. The staircase leading downstairs leads to two bedrooms that each contains their own bunk beds plus an adjoining living area with a TV, PVR and DVD player. All bedrooms include an abundance of storage including a closet and dresser.
Families will feel quite at home here. You will love the large 16' X 24' side deck with its Weber BBQ all surrounded by a lovely garden of trees and foliage for your privacy. This is a great deck for those long lazy lunches or dinners, or barbecuing on the grill. The brick patio in the back has a small table and chairs overlooking trees, the ravine, and the serenity of La Bête golf course off in the distance.

My Tremblant Chalet
What most family’s love is the fact that the kids have their own floor with bedrooms and their own family room with TV and DVD player on the lower level.
Parents have full use of the main level which provides more peace and a more relaxing vacation for all.
The large deck and patio area are also popular.
We have recently upgraded the single beds on the lower level two bunk beds as per our photos.
We offer a 16' X 24 ' deck with patio table, chairs and a Weber BBQ. The deck area overlooks a forest area, a stream and the 2nd hole of La Bête golf course.

In summer the area is landscaped with lots of nice flowers. During the winter the entire development is beautifully decorated with white holiday lights on most of the trees. This makes for a story book look that’s hard to beat. Enjoy!

|Bike Storage||Storage available under deck. In the unlikely event that bike and/or items go missing it is not the responsibility of the owner.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Housekeeping over and above the norm will result in extra billing withheld from security / damage deposit. Please remind your group (family and guests) to be careful when bringing their luggage in and when taking it out to prevent marking the walls. Skiing equipment such as skis, snowboards, and poles are not to be stored in the chalet. If for any reason the walls are damaged and painting is required then we reserve the right to deduct this repair and painting cost from your security deposit. Thank you.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a Quiet area. There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thank you for your cooperation.|
|Garbage Removal||Garbage should be removed from the condo prior to departure. Garbage bins are located across the road from our chalet. Black bins are for garbage and the green bins are for recyclables|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary before arrival and after departure. The moving of furniture within the chalet is strictly forbidden. This causes a lot of damage to the walls, paintwork & furniture!. Any furniture that has been moved will be subject to a charge from your deposit for it to be returned.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Cogeo High Speed Internet / WiFi is available at no additional charge for your e-mails and general use. If large downloads are done during your stay such as movies, etc. then an additional fee will be withheld from security / damage deposit. Appropriate use of Internet is required by all users in the chalet. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all users are aware and respect the noted Internet Acceptable Use Policies. |Liability||We are not responsible for any injuries to tenants and / or their visitors while they are on our property or at any location on the La Bete Golf Course or anywhere else in the Mont-Tremblant area. We are not responsible for any of your or your guests personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind during your stay. Due to our proximity to nature and surrounding forest, we are not responsible for any damage or inconvenience that may be caused by wildlife i.e. deer, raccoon, mice, squirrels etc. Thank you.|
|Locking Door||It is the responsibility of the renter to lock the door when they are not in the chalet. Please enter the access code and turn bolt counterclockwise. Check to ensure the door is locked before leaving. Thank you.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||A cell phone number will be provided.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8 people maximum. Strictly enforced. We don't allow large groups beyond our sleeping capacity to stay or use our property for any purpose including all types of gatherings.|
|Missing Items||Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated security / damage deposit policies.|
|Noise Restrictions||Excessive noise is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.|
|Parking & Ticketing||You must park only in the 2 marked designated spots in front of our chalet. In the event that a 3rd or more car is parked in front of our chalet it will be towed at renters expense. There is a designated visitors parking lot located behind our chalet on the hill. Thank you.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||A security damage deposit of $500 for any damage that is found to our chalet and/or property is required with the final payment. This deposit will be refunded to our credit card account upon successful inspection of the unit after checkout. Please remind your group (family and guests) to be careful when bringing their luggage in and when taking it out to prevent marking the walls. Sporting equipment such as bikes, golf clubs, skis, snowboards, poles, etc. are not to be stored in the chalet. If for any reason the walls are damaged and painting is required then we reserve the right to deduct this repair and painting cost from your security deposit. The renter is responsible for ensuring they are in the chalet when the dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove/oven and showers/bath are being used. Thank you.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Our property is legally zoned for short term rental accommodation use.|
|Resort Information||An e-mail with a list of recommended activities and restaurants in the Tremblant region will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. You may also view our secondary web site at www.mytremblantchalet.com for more resort information and recommended activities.|

|Biking||Lodge next to over 200 km of biking trails on “Le P’tit Train du Nord” Linear Park running from Saint-Jérôme to Mont-Laurier.|

|Where can I purchase groceries nearby?||Large grocery stores such as IGA and MAXI can be found on Route 117 in the nearby sector of St-Jovite (10 min. from Chalet on Route 117, which is a natural prolongation of Autoroute 15 coming from Montreal). Basic supplies can be obtain at the location you enter into once you get off the 117 North at exit 119 right onto Montée Ryan. There is a large Petro-Canada with basic supplies, beer and wine. This is very convenient as it is only 1.5 km from the entry to our chalet development.|
