My original unit was unavailable, but the owners were extremely accommodating in moving me into an alternate 2 bedroom unit that was spacious, clean and ready for occupancy upon my arrival. The unit is well located near the major grocery store located at one end of the village and is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops that my son liked to frequent. One of the major highlights for us was using the swimming pool on a twice daily basis.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a fair price. I plan on returning next year with my son as he really enjoyed the single track mountain bike trails that exist throughout the Whistler/Blackcomb area.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

As noted, the damage deposited is collected with the balance of the payment. The damage deposit is returned after the guest leaves the unit. Our cleaners go the unit and make sure everything is in order and will than notify us. We will than send either a cheque or an e-transfer (if it is to a canadian bank acount) within a week of your departure. 

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prioir to arrival. If you have paid in full, I will refund the balance payment if I can replace the booking. The refund is based on the re-booked rate and the number of nights it is rebooked at. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No credit or refund. Owner not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you after final payment. Access code and detailed instructions will be emailed to you
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A fax/email will be sent that required signature. This is an agreement to the policies of the owner
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments If no payments are made by the due date, automatic cancellation will result.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Lock-up facility provided in Secured underground parkade. No bikes in the unit
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Possibility of earlier check in.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Possibility of later check out,
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Housekeeping will contact owner immediately after guest departure
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 10:30pm and 8:00am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. Any fees will be deducted from the damage deposit
Garbage Removal Building in entrance for garbage and recycling. Do not leave garbage behind
Housekeeping Complimentary. Before arrival.after departure with complimentary cleaning,for stays over 7 days there will be a mid week housekeeping service
Internet Availability & Usage Free shaw cable internet.
Liability Excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of the stay
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided for booked guests. Will be emailed to you prior to arrival
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Sleeps 4.
Missing Items WIll be deducted from damage deposit. Please contact if something has broken or missing access cards, keys
Noise Restrictions Noise by law restricts any loud noise after 10:00 pm.
Parking & Ticketing Free secured underground parking available for one vehicle.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $500 Cdn on their credit card upon their departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to lost revenue, noise complaints, common or private damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken missing common of private property items, smoking inside, pets inside and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behaviour while in the property or on common premises. After the guest leaves, the unit is inspected and if everything is found in order, the $500 is returned either by cheque or if the guest has a Canadian bank account it can be returned via e-transfer.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zone for nightly short and long term.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hr property Manager. Will be evicted if noise complaints lodged more than once, property damage, illegal activity
