About Listing

Whistler is a beautiful place and we believe we have the perfect spot.  This unique complex boasts the highest "Green Space" ratio in all of Whistler which basically means there's a lot of land and very well appointed buildings. When you look out any of our windows, you'll see the outdoor area you came to enjoy - not the next door wall.

We are a family who owns this home and have fallen in love with it. We can walk/bikewithin few minutes to the village or the lakes and can get to the lifts easily on the free shuttle. Ski back home on the Home Run trail directly across from our townhome. With a generous floorplan and good sized bedrooms, we can accommodate a large family of up to 6.   We have a corner unit. So on the north side, we have only forest with a small creek and to the west, out the patio doors, we have the Valley Trail, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course ( or Cross Country Trail in the winter) and the mountains beyond. Watch the sun go down from the patio in the summer or the moon rise from the hot tub at night after a day of activity.

This is a perfect place for families or anyone looking for a little luxury and a lot of peace and quiet. Sitting in our living room it's easy to believe you're in a beautiful cabin in the woods, but 5 minutes away you're in the hub of the most exciting ski resort on the continent.

This was a lovely home and very accurately described in the listing on Allura Direct. The owners were wonderful to work with and answered any questions that arose. The view from their home is amazing and it is easily accessible to the village and the biking/walking trail. The development was extremely quiet and very well maintained.

This property was wonderful.We loved the fact that it was bordered by woods and the golf course. It was very spacious with a great floor plan. It was thoughfully stocked with some essentials .The owners were extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely recommend this property!

BLACKCOMB GREENS is located in the quiet and secluded area of the prestigious Blackcomb Benchlands. The setting is serene and forested with stunning mountain views.  We are right on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and the cross-country ski trail. You may ski-home after a day of skiing. The lifts are either a 10 minute walk or a free shuttle ride. Our home is located at 4644 Blackcomb Way, which is near the intersection of Blackcomb Way and Painted Cliff Road. When entering off Hwy 99 take the Lorimer Road exit.  Follow Lorimer Road and after passing the Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre, turn left on Blackcomb Way.  The road goes into a bit of an incline and you will pass Painted Cliff Rd. on the right hand side.   Just after Painted Cliff Rd., on the left is the entrance to Blackcomb Greens.  It's tucked in a little bit so keep your eyes peeled!

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non refundable, unless we can replace the booking. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and the rebooked rate. All refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm. If the unit is available, we can try to have you in there earlier. Check with me the day before you arrive.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Same arrangement as check in. We will always do what we can to accomodate you.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs You will be charged if the unit requires excessive cleaning. The cleaning firms have a lot of experience and kniw when a home has been left in an unacceptable condition.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund!. This is not a party complex. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Garbage Removal The garbage and recycling rooms are beside the parking garage. Please make sure you throw everything away. At no time should you leave any food or garbage outside. Uncontained garbage attracts wild life, especially bears. Please help protect the bears and yourself by throwing everything away before you leave.
Housekeeping We provide extra towels for your length of stay but should you require more we can arrange it.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless Internet provided.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guest of guest while they are on our property, strata property or any other location in the Whistler Ski resort.

Property Details

Our home is all on one level, with a few steps down from the interior hallway into the living area. The private entrance opens into a mud room with ski storage. The open plan of kitchen, dining area and vaulted ceiling living room creates a great environment for socializing or family time. The large patio is adjacent to the Valley Trail and the Chateau Golf course. There are two bedrooms, both generous, one which is particularly large with an en suite, bunk beds and queen bed. Heated tile floors keep your morning toes warm and keep the heat even and constant. This layout gives a wonderful feeling of spaciousness but maintains a warm coziness. Large log accents bring the outdoor beauty right to you.

Living Area

Our living room is very bright and spacious with cathedral ceiling and lots of window. River Rock woodburning fireplace with glass doors makes this the cosiest of places. The furniture is warmly cushioned. The couch is a queen sofa bed. Patio doors lead on to the outdoor areas and the fabulous views.  Large LCD Flatspanel TV ,DVD player with a selection of DVDs and board games are in the entertainment centre.

Dining Area

The large window in the dining room looks out onto a lovely wooded area.Our wonderful pine dining table seats 6 comfortably but we have had some pretty fun meals getting 8 people round the table without hardship. The area adjoins the kitchen so no one feels left out.

About Us

We are a family that resides in Vancouver and loves Whistler! We have always wanted to have our own place here and fell in love with Blackcomg Greens immediately after our first visit. Our home is very quiet and spacious with lots of windows to enjoy the amazing views. Our complex has lovely grounds that boasts the highest green space per unit in all of Whistler! We love the location which has no noise from traffic, yet is only minutes away from the village and ski lifts. We would love to share our beautiful home with you.
