Excellent Ski property!! Due to unforeseen emergent circumstances, we were moved from our original suite (#49) to a different suite (#10) on the other side of the same complex. The owners of #49 did a wonderful job of rebooking fuss no muss, no stress...handled beautifully.

The layout of unit #10 is similar with a spacious feel and lots of light in the living room. We picked a quiet time and it was very private. Faces a chairlift, which we never heard. Owners have provided an extra screen by how they have arranged the hot tub lid removal. True ski in, ski out as advertised. The hot tub is new and excellent with more jets to hit those areas aching from a day in the snow:) The kitchen had most things one might want for cooking. BBQ unfortunately was frozen in and unusable as it sits out from the cover of the patio

Good garbage capacity so no midweek run to the transfer station. Easy access to parking and the road, for loading and unloading, was greatly appreciated. Warm underground parking was a plus as always. Great selection of dvd's and good TV channel selection with a large tv, as well as a varied collection of board games. The unit was very clean, comfortable and we did enjoy the sunset behind the mountains every day. I would highly recommend this unit!

This was our second stay at this property. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of towels and robes. We were a party of six adults and we did not feel crammed in. Ski in and ski out are great.

We know you will enjoy your stay at our Condo. It truly has all the amenities of home accompanied by a spectacular mountain view. Some of these amenities are Private Hot Tub, Plasma TVs, HD, Gas Fireplace, Heated Tile Floor, Fully Equipped kitchen, Hardwood  floors, Wireless Internet, Washer & Dryer, Four Spa Robes, BBQ and One Underground Parking Stall. We are a true ski-in/ski-out condo. Ski out across the 16th fairway to the Morrisey chair and ski-in with Fair Dinkum. Then relax in our well maintained private hot tub. Cook up your favourite dinner menu or choose from a variety of excellent restaurants located in the main village (10 minute walk). Kick back and make youself at home in our smoke free and pet free environment. You are on vacation! Oh yes, don't forget to sign our guest book! We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Stone's Throw 49, best furnished and equiped unit in Stone's Throw Complex. All this with a great mountain view! There are a few simple rules that we'd like you to adhere to during your visit, so please review them beforehand. These policies are strictly enforced, and failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in cancellation or eviction. Please note our home is restricted to sleeping a maximum of 7, and we require notification, immediately if your situation does not conform to this restriction. Without notification, you will be evicted, and prevented from visiting again.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests A reservation cancellation within 14 days of booking - a $25.00 CDN fee will be charged. A cancellation after 14 days of booking and before 45 days of arrival - one night's fee will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Assessed at checkout. Rental includes normal unit cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be evaluated and passed on to the registered guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Strictly enforced by the strata council. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 10 pm out of respect for our neighboring families
Garbage Removal Daily. Just tie your bag tightly and leave it outside the front door by 9:00 AM

Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, smoking within the property, pets within the property, presence of more than 7 overnight guests, and/or property damage to private or common property areas. Forfeit of all deposits/payments will occur in the event of eviction.
