Great location and amenities... cleaning not great

Had a great stay.. super location.. excellent parking excellent ease of checking in and out . nice pool and hot tub .. loved it here. Things for possible improvement: had to hunt down garage key( wasn't where was supposed to be located), update/ replace some of the kitchen utensils/ items: Look into your cleaning company... guys underwear found under living room chair and Urine build-up behind toilet seat.

The condo was warm, comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The Marketplace shops are located across the street and the bus stop within minutes of the front door. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom and living room felt like home. Check in was easy and simple. Len's instructions were accurate and the recommendations for activities and facilities around/in the village was greatly appreciated. We will recommend our friends and family to stay here.

My only dislike was the distance from the front door to the drop off area and the narrow stairwell to the underground parking lot. It made the transport of our gear/luggage and food supplies difficult.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. See Property Damage policy
Excessive Noise Excessive noise and disturbing the peace is grounds for eviction.
Housekeeping Property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Mid-stay cleaning (including linen change) for stays over 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at guest's request and expense
Liability We are expressly excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency information will be provided with confirmation of booking

Property Damage We do not normally take a damage deposit; however, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by yourselves or your guests during your stay. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, after which you can use this online system to make the appropriate payment for damage, cleaning and/or garbage removal costs

The mountain base, lifts, trails, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment are all a short walk away.
