This was our first time to Whistler and we have nothing but great things to say about the town but also this rental. Everything we needed was at our disposal and for a family of 4 the condo was great. The laundry facilities was right there and the hot tub and pool was so much fun.

If I had to say anything that may help make this place extremely great would be that the bed, to me, may need some adjusting but it was manageable and we would come back to this place for sure.

Excellent place to stay. Unfortunately the snow conditions became pretty poor in the second week, but the apartment, and general complex facilities were of a very good standard, making a couple of days "at home" enjoyable.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access codes will be emailed on receipt of final payment.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure bike storage
Check-In Time 4pm. Earlier check in may be possible please contact us if required.
Check-Out Time 10am. Later check out may be possible please contact us if required.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed should there be any excessive cleaning or smoking in the unit.
Excessive Noise Guests will be evicted following two complaints. Building quiet time is 10pm to 8am
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival, cleaned after departure, every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guests request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. Internet is provided by the phone company, we are not responsible if they have an interruption in service.
Liability Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premise.
Locking Door Please ensure door is locked at all times when not in condo. Door does not automatically lock. Please ensure you lock the door when you exit the condo.
