There are two separate swimming area complexes in the resort .. both are gated .. requires key which is supplied in the rental of our condo.
One of the pools has two hot tubs, a small pool which is connected by a short waterfall to the larger pool. The larger pool has a great water slide.
The second swimming area also has a hot tub, and a large pool with lap lanes...
Both swimming area complexes have changing rooms, deck chairs, umbrellas etc. All the pools are heated and 4 beach towels are also provided in the condo.
Our condo is located on a mountain .. Mount Plaisant .. The condo is a 5 /  minute walk to the old village main street .. where you will find .. pub, GREAT restaurants, grocery and convenience stores etc.. We are a 5 minute drive to the Pedestrian Village .. where the ski runs are and more great restaurants, clothing stores and more .. A 10 minute drive to the casino ..And the city of St Jovite a 15 minute drive ..

I have stayed in quite a few of the condos at Mont Tremblant over the years and Peter's place was no exception to the Tremblant vibe and feel of country retreats. the condo is closer to the small Tremblant village which is great to browse around and eat at the bistros. Its only minutes away by car to the main resort village, so it’s a lot more quiet.

The condo is well maintained and has everything you'll need to cook-n. Also has a nice partial view of a lake over the roof tops and trees.

I would recommend Peter's place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Everything one would need is included, plus the heated floors are a big bonus during the winter! Lloyd, the owner, is very responsive and really went out of his way to ensure that we had a great stay. The condo is in a complex that includes year-round hot tubs, which were nice to have after a day of skiing. We'll definitely be back!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests A deposit (25%) is due upon booking. Full payment due 45 days in advance. A written cancellation notice received 45 days or more prior to arrival results in forfeit of deposit. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival results in no refund, unless a suitable booking can be found as a replacement. A damage deposit of $350 is charged upon check-in, and refunded upon successful inspection of the unit.. A 10 % processing / cancellation fee on the total rental charge will apply and deducted from refunds.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise In respect of other guests, we insist on no excessive noise or objectionable behavior.
Housekeeping Cleaning service is supplied before and after your stay, there is no daily maid service. Cleaning service does not include washing and putting away kitchen items that you use.
Liability Owner is not liable for any bodily injuiries during Guest's stay.

We love our living room and we think you will as well.  This is an open plan & with the 9 ft. cielings gives you a real good feeling of the openness, and yet the fireplace brings a certain cozyness to the room.

The dining room comfortaly seats six. Chandelier w\ shades overhead. The bar is right beside and seats an additional 3 people.

The condo is situated on the ground floor and is evelated on a high beautiful stone wall overlooking Lac Mercier. There are two entrances .. The main entrance & through the patio doors.

About Us

Marlene & I were both born and raised in Montreal. All my life,  I have been visiting St. Jovite. We always get a joyful feeling when packing the car and heading up to Mont Tremblant. We have been really impressed on how the community has respected the beauty of the environment in light of the fantastic expansion being witnessed over the years. We also get a big kick out of talking and writing to the many friends who have stayed at our condo .. Guests leave wonderful comments in our book .. Reading the guest book is one of the first things I do when I arrive at the condo.
