Welcome to Arrowhead Point, our beautiful Ski in/ Ski out townhouse on Blackcomb Mountain, located in the desirable Blackcomb Benchlands of the Upper Whistler Village area.   

 

Enjoy a perfect retreat for quiet R&R while accessing year round Whistler activities. Our 2 story town home can sleep up to 6 guests. Our spacious, newly renovated, upper floor Whistler home was updated in Nov 2017 with new paint, flooring, bathrooms, and linens. Our well-provisioned, full stainless steel and granite kitchen is stocked with the basics needed to prepare your own meals. Perfect for a family or couples getaway. In the forest, along the edge of Blackcomb Mountain.

Ski in from the slopes on Blackcomb's "HomeRun"; access the lifts only 50M away from the Arrowhead Point complex. Relax in the private hot tub after an active day in the mountains.

Enjoy the master upstairs suite and covered hot tub, which is partially enclosed to protect from the weather but will still allow you to enjoy the forest view. The master bedroom has one queen bed and closet, a tv with cable so you can relax in bed, and full bathroom with brand new luxury glass shower-tub combo and granite counters.
The second guest room with two single beds is on the main floor for ideal privacy and includes a separate fully renovated full bathroom.
Our Townhouse inlcudes a single underground secured parking stall with access to a second visitor stall in the parkade.
You will find everything you need to be able to enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains for a weekend or extended vacation to enjoy all of the activities of Whistler year round. Additional in suite amenities include fridge, stove, washer, dryer, breakfast griddle, blender, coffee maker, outdoor patio with table and BBQ. We also have a selection of games, books and DVDs along with wifi, cable tv and a DVD player in the living room.

This suite is our home away from home so we have made it as cozy as possible and have full kitchen with dishes and pots and pans to allow you to bring a few goodies from the grocery store and cook a meal for all of your guests while you relax by the fireplace or on the lower deck enjoying the quiet forest surroundings.

Just a short walk from blackcomb mountain in the summer and an easy drive to and from the village for winter sports, plus the whistler shuttle can be booked to bring you to the village so your car can stay secure and dry in the parkade
We spend a lot of our time enjoying this quiet retreat to catch up on work and take a break from the city. Our townhome is perfect for small families and quiet couples rereats.

The complex has strict quiet hours and is not suitable for parties or groups looking to have parties or events in the rental.
Maximum capacity is 8 guests.
Sorry no pets, no smoking.

 

 

We are conveniently located near the bottom of the Wizard Express and Cruiser runs, for a true ski in/ski out location.  Take advantage of the free, year-round shuttle buses located near the complex entrance, scheduled every 10 minutes for maximum convenience, to the Main Whistler Village, Upper Village or the many cross country skiing locations.  World Class Skiing, World Class Shopping and Art galleries to enjoy, your visit will make this a memorable vacation for years to come.

Just a fantastic unit with all of the amenities you could ask for. The unit was spotless, the linens new and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything a cook needs. As a family of four who visit Whistler 6-7 times a season, we have many mixed experiences and do not write many reviews. But we were so impressed with the unit and had such a wonderful stay that we felt compelled to.

Thanks to the owner and property manager for paying attention to every detail. We hope to be back again soon.

This unit is in a great location. Easy walk to the village or take the free Whistler bus shuttle. It's clean, spacious, and the kitchen is really well stocked. The management crew was very helpful and responsive.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo or on decks. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am. Possible fee for late departures
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Cleaning costs considered beyond normal will be charged to credit card. At the discretion of the cleaning company; if we get charged - you get charged.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Complaints to RCMP will result in eviction without refund
Garbage Removal All trash must be removed prior to departure. Possible fee may apply for trash not removed
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be arranged at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free High Speed Internet. We are not responsible if the internet supplier has an interruption in service.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury to tenant or guest while in property/common property or Whistler Resort
Locking Door Door does not lock on it's own. You must must press the lock icon in the center of the keypad to lock the door when leaving.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons. Strictly enforced - Eviction without refund will apply for extra occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items at replacement cost/value.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am. Please respect others by keeping noise down especially in hot tub.

Property Damage Damage deposits will be charged to credit card at the discretion of this property owner/manager. Guests assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tennants/guests of tennant. This property is a two level townhouse with an underground parkade. 

Enter the unit by going up the exterior staircase to the second floor.  The entrance level brings you to the kitchen, living, and dining room with access to the double guest room, bathroom and laundry machines.

The lower floor has an attached deck with a BBQ and patio table for summer time cooking and enjoying the view.

Upstairs there is a master suite with Queen bed, full master bathroom, and attached covered deck with 2 person hot tub (accessed through the master)
