Welcome to our magical 2 bedroom + loft getaway in the Greystone Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain in the world class resort of Whistler... host of the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Our true ski-in & ski-out location is in the Upper Village, just up the hill from the Fairmont Whistler, and next to the Wizard gondola lift. Restaurants and shopping at the Blackcomb base are 5 min walk. The main village, golf, or the Valley Trail are within a 10 minute walking distance. There is also a free shuttle bus to the village. After a full day on the mountains, or pursuing your favorite activities, you can swim in the year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, unwind in the indoor or our new expanded outdoor hot tub, or just relax by the fireplace in our home.

The fully equipped and renovated kitchen provides all the convenience of home for quick meals or as an alternative for when you do not feel like going out for dinner. We truly hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do in the winter and the summer!

Great Large place to stay with easy ski in/out

The unit was large and spatious.

The first bedroom is closet to the entryway and the main unit's bathroom. It is as described with a king sized bed. The second bedroom is actually a second attached next door unit with 2 queen sized beds, closet area, hangers, and bathroom.

The main area was wide and tall and we enjoyed the openness about the main area where we could gather at the end of the day.

The kitchen was well equipped enough to handle 2-3 people in the morning during breakfast and 2--3 for dinner which was great.

Great location ski in ski out and very close to the new Blackcomb Gondola. Ideal for 3 couples. Secure underground parking is easy to access, and close to this unit and the elevator. The well equipped kitchen is a big expenses saver, when you prepare your own meals and make your own lunchâ??s.

We would recommend this unit to any family especially as it includes a one bed room like a hotel room with its own entrance.

9 December 2018. This is a very attractive 3 bed room unit with 5 beds (one of the bedrooms is a loft with 2 beds that over look the living room). This town home is about 200 meters from the Blackcomb North Village base. (They have just installed a new Gondola that replaces the Wizard chair which should start running on the 15 Dec 2018.) Meaning you can ski in ski out.

The unit is modern with newish appliances 2 bathrooms and comfortable furniture. All the bed rooms are large and 5 or 6 people will be very comfortable staying here. There is room and privacy for three couples or one family with 4 children. The two hot tubs, one inside, one outside, can be reached very easily. The unit was very quiet and warm at night and has an attractive gas fireplace.

The owner Valerie was quick to respond to any questions we asked. One of the bedrooms is like a Hotel room with its own entrance and a connecting inside door to the rest of the unit. We used the complexes BBQ to cook one meal for our group of 5. The BBQ worked well. We will be booking this Town Home for a repeat visit in the future.The parking is included and you can park any where as long as you have the entrance code. Great location and 300 meters from Merlinâ??s Pub.

A true SKI IN/SKI OUT location in the Benchlands of the Upper Village. A short trail leads from the poolside entrance to the Blackcomb base and the high speed Wizard Chair. No need for the car once you arrive. The shops and restaurants in the Upper Village are less than a 5 minute walk and the Main Village is less than a 10 minute walk. There is also a year round free shuttle bus. In the summer, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the Valley Trail and Lost Lake are less than 10 minutes walking distance. In the winter, the Valley Trail becomes a scenic cross country ski trail.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs See Property Damage Policy.
Excessive Noise Condo quiet hours are 10:30 pm to 7am daily. Eviction for disregard of Noise Bylaw. (excesive noise during quiet hours). Offending guests wiil be held responsible for all noise related costs, including fines for breach of Noise Bylaw.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival and after departure. A midstay clean is available if stay is more than 7 days. Plenty of extra towel are provided. Daily cleans or linen changes are available at guests request and expense. Prior arrangements are required.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or other while they are on our property or in any other location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour availability. Locally available.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight. Property sleeps a maximum of 8 people. If any additional people are to be found staying in unit, this may result in eviction.
Missing Items See Property Damage Policy. Unit is inventoried and checked upon departure.
Property Damage Guest authorizes a credit card charge upon departure in the event of property damage. The kitchen is newly renovated with black quartz countertops, bright with lighting and has a 2 storey lofted ceiling. It comes equipped with new major appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances includes toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cookware, cutlery, dishes, and glassware. There is also a breakfast counter with 3 stools for a snack or quick meal. A unique chalkboard is wall mounted near he refrigerator for leaving messages for others. A shelf above the cupboards displays a variety of sleighs and the high wall is decorated with a handmade winter theme quilt.

Large bright living area with high lofted ceiling and stunning views of Whistler Mountain through floor to ceiling windows. River rock gas fireplace with oak mantle is centrally located on the window wall. A plush leather sofa and 2 wingback chairs are arranged around a unique hand crafted oak and iron sleigh coffee table. Antique skiis and snow shoes adorn the walls. The living area is also equipped with a large screen LCD TV with HD cable service,BlueRay/ DVD, and Bluetooth speaker for hand held device music playback. A variety of lights are available for reading or setting of ambience.

Dining Area

The dining area is located under the loft area, between the kitchen and the living room The dining room table seats 6-8 comfortably and has a dimmer light switch to set whatever ambiance desired.

About Us

We have owned and enjoyed this property with our family and friends for 25 years now. Whistler has been getting better all this time and is a great 4 season get away. We find that the less busy seasons are particularly great for an escape if you just want to relax, or appreciating special time with family. The summers from July thru the end of September are spectacular with great weather and an amazing variety of activities and stunning sights from anywhere you go. We found that children can practicaly spend all day between the heated pool and the outdoor hot tub!. The gas BBQ at poolside is also great to use but we have found that guests are a bit shy to use it.
