This is my new favorite place to stay in Whistler. Perfect location, quiet, clean, spacious and modern! The beds, sheets & pillows are to die after a full day. Great for a get away with the girls. Thanks for making Cornacopia 2016 memorable. p.s. having aluminum foil, sandwich wrap & a few spices would be a bounus for packing lunches for hikes and just cooking a great dinner.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less a 5% processing fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refund values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations and less processing fees. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, after which you can use this online payment system to make the appropriate payment (damage, cleaning and garbage removal cost).
Excessive Noise Immediate eviction for excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am. This quiet time is monitored and fines or eviction can occur upon noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area prior to departure.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour pager service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions No excessive noise causing disturbances is tolerated. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. Multiple noise complaints may result in an eviction with no refund. Please note quite time is between 10 pm and 8 AM.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

  • First Floor-Large foyer entrance (great for confining wet gear,boots, etc.), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with king bed or 2 twins and the other with a queen bed), living room with queen sofa bed, 2 private decks, dining area, TV/Stereo/. Each bedroomon the lower level with its own ensuite bathroom, is on opposite corners of the home for maximum privacy.
  • Second Floor-Loft. The loft is a complete bedroom with a high quality queen size bed, mirrors etc.. It is still private (with pull curtain) and  overlooks the living room.

Our home is a corner unit which faces south. It has tons of light, and looks onto Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains on one side, and valley mountains on the other. Each deck is on opposite corners of the home, thus giving you panoramic mountain views!

The living area has a huge rock fireplace, fantastic views, cathedral ceiling, Samsung Smart TV, Bose Soundtouch wireless music system, free Netflix, and free high speed internet access. The round table dining seats six people with four additional seats at the adjacent granite bar. There are two private decks with patio furniture on either side of the living area which includes a large outside dining table and chairs or you can relax in the Adironack chairs looking up at the mountain views.
