Discover Whistler Days Usually Cover:
Whistler Blackcomb wants you to succeed and acquire killer skiing skills - if you do, you'll have to come back! All learn to ski and snowboard lessons are offered at a discounted rate during Discover Whistler Days.
For the past few years, the Discover Whistler discount has been 40% off - certainly nothing to sneeze at! To check this year's special please check out up-to-date information on Whistler Ski/Snowboard School. Want discounts on other Whistler activities? Sign up for our guest newsletter.
Even the most fit and athletic folk should start their skiing careers with a lesson. Pick up new skills quickly, rather than going without any pointers or tips and floundering. Spending half the day on your butt and eating snow is not fun, you'll be sore and not likely to want to return for Day 2.
Start with a lesson on Day 1. Whistler Blackcomb Ski/Snowboard school instructors are highly skilled and trained to get you on your feet (and staying there) as quickly as possible. Once you've got the basics down, you can branch out on your own and steadily progress. You might even find the camaraderie and improvement from your first lesson so valuable you'll join a lesson the next day or for the rest of your trip!
If you haven't been skiing or snowboarding for a while, a lesson is definitely in order. Those with skill levels between 1 - 3 are highly recommended to take lessons.
