Location of The Aspens

The Aspens Whistler condo complex is just a stone's throw up the hill from the Base of Blackcomb Mountain and the Blackcomb Daylodge.  Most Whistler Aspens vacation rentals are one or two-bedroom suites.

The Aspens on-mountain location is surprisingly very close and convenient to several amenities to make your vacation extra enjoyable.

Do You Need a Car?: Since almost everything you would need is super close to the Aspens, a car is not really needed. All amenities are within walking distance or hop on the free shuttle or grab a taxi, which are plentiful.

Free Shuttle: The free shuttle connects the Upper Village to the main Village. The bus stop is just across the street and during peak season it frequents every 10 minutes.

Ski Lifts: The Wizard lift is your view from the Aspens! It's ski-in/ski-out. You just need to slide down to Blackcomb Base to catch the lift.

Equipment Rental & Ski School: At Blackcomb Base, less than a 5-minute walk.

Shops & Restaurants: Blackcomb Base has a variety of shops and restaurants (add in a description title text on your link) only a 5-minute walk down the hill. Hop the free shuttle to get to Whistler Village in a few minutes, or take a 10-minute "fresh mountain air" walk.

Spa: The Aspens is very close to two of the best spa facilities in Whistler.  Both the Chateau Whistler and the Four Seasons Hotel have excellent facilities that will help melt your aches and worries away.

Grocery Store: IGA Marketplace in Whistler Village North is the closest, largest grocery store - only a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.

Liquor Store: The Blackcomb Beer & Wine store is closest and located at Blackcomb Base - a short 5-minute walk. A full BC Liquor Store is located at the Marketplace Plaza, in Village North, which is a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive.

Where to Eat Near The Aspens

The Upper Village boasts plenty of fine dining restaurants, high-class boutiques and galleries.  However, there are still a few pubs and cafeteria-style eateries to keep those with a smaller budget content.
