Which adventure tour will you choose? Canadian Outback Adventures offer whitewater rafting during the summer months (May to September) and a bald eagle viewing safari during the winter months (November to February). We suggest you try both if you make it to Whistler during these two seasons of the year.

Summer Whitewater Rafting

Tour #1 - Elaho Exhilarator Rafting - Save 20%

Ability Level: Novice to experienced rafters.

Conquer a challenge and take the opportunity (depending on water levels) to jump off a cliff high above the river, swim through rapids, and showcase your cowboy talents in the Canadian Outback Adventures “Raft Rodeo” event.

Sound too wild for you? No problem. Take it easy and learn the skills to maneuver through exciting rapids while having fun. Challenge yourself with the “Devil’s Elbow” section, used in a 1996 Eco-Challenge Adventure Race.

River Journey Length: 2-3 hours, through approximately 16 km (10 miles). Following your adventure, enjoy a lip-smacking Outback BBQ for lunch or dinner at no extra cost. A vegetarian meal option is available and it, too, is delish.

Tour #2 - Cheakamus Splash Grande Rafting - Save 20%

Canadian Outback’s river rafting experts specially designed this adventure for families with children as young as five years old. They’ve been offering family trips since 1994, so they know their stuff when it comes to customizing a trip that’s geared for enjoyment for both parents (adults) and kids alike.

River Journey Length: 2.5 hours, featuring other fun rapids not found in the regular Cheakamus Splash trip (a shorter, half-day option). A tasty river snack and delicious BBQ meal accompany the trip.
