Summer Dinner Concert Series - Al Fresco Beer Maker's Dinner with Okanagan Springs Brewery

Saturday, July 11

kicking-horse-beerStraight from the grill - the entire meal is made on the BBQ. The classic summer menu includes: meat, vegetables, and of course, beer! Featured beers by Okanagan Springs Brewery include 1516, Pale Ale, Heffewiesen and Black Lager. Guests will enjoy brew enlightenment by Karl Achenbach from Okanagan Springs Brewery.

Local featured musician John Jenkins and Company, from Golden, B.C, will be sure to move you. An interesting musical combination of the essential elements of folk rock with an eclectic collection of home spun mountain music. Underneath the music's surface lies a desire for simplicity radiating each time they take the stage. Rooted in gardening, set free by exploration, driven by train hopping and challenged by rock, snow and ice; the energy of the music is a representation of a present path and a future direction in Canadian mountain culture.

The Menu

The dinner series will be a 5 course main menu:

Premium West Coast Oysters
Horseradish, Lemon Vodka foam

Dungeness Crab Po'Boy
House made Roll, grilled Corn

Unilaterally Seared Sockeye Salmon
Morel Tart, Bacon

Alberta AAA Tenderloin
Red Wine Veal reduction, Carrot puree,
Fondant Potato
