Greyhound Announces New Vancouver to Whistler Bus Route
Greyhound Canada has announced a new express Vancouver to Whistler bus route after cutting much of its whistler bus service in the Sea to Sky Region in late February. The new express Vancouver to Whistler bus route runs twice daily with departures leaving at 6:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., while the bus service from Whistler to Vancouver departs at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. leaving from Whistler Village.
Downtown Vancouver Greyhound Service to Whistler
With low cost daily fares, starting at $1, Greyhound’s bus service from Vancouver to Whistler departs at their main terminal station by Pacific Central Station. The new Greyhound express route from Vancouver to Whistler does not stop at any other locations in the Sea to Sky region, thus reducing the drive from two and a half hours to just two hours from downtown Vancouver. Greyhound’s announcement offers local residents of Vancouver another option for travel to Whistler other than Pacific Coach. However, Greyhound’s new Vancouver to Whistler bus route does not include airport pick-up at the Vancouver International Airport.
Tickets for the new Greyhound Vancouver to Whistler bus route can be purchased online at: www.mygreyhoundexpress.ca. If you’re staying in the Whistler Village or Whistler Village North area, the new Greyhound Express may be a great option for guests staying in or from Vancouver.
