WELCOME! to our luxurious, architecturally spectacular SKI IN/SKI OUT Cedar Creek home, Whistler's premium property. Our spacious house is approximately 2,300 sq. ft and offers mountain scenery from your private deck! Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain just 15 ft from Lower Cruiser. We are committed to providing our guests with first class accommodations and unsurpassed service. Living Area

A large upholstered U-shaped sofa provides seating for 10-12 people around a beautiful (and indestructable) slate table in front of the fireplace. A large movable, TV screen is visible from all points on the sofa. Cushions and additional seating are available on the raised stone hearth of the fireplace. Large windows provide comforting views of snow-covered pine trees in the winter.

Dining Area

A large pine table easily accomodates 12 people in comfortable dining chairs with arms. You won't want to get up from the table. An adjacent island with seating for 4 allows a quick meal on tiled kitchen surface.

Special Features

The most unique features of this condo are the three-story vaulted ceilings on the first floor and two-story vaulted ceilings on the second floor which give a comforting sense of spaciousness. Throughout there are great views and great light. With your own private hot tub on a covered porch with a view of the slopes, you'll feel removed, yet part of the action on the slopes. Heated floors in all bathrooms are particularly comforting in the morning and when you come in from the cold. A full wall of bookshelves contains a library of books and videos for your use at Whistler. Organized cubbies and pegs in front hall make it easy to find your hats, gloves, mittens, gators etc. The large front hall closet provides space for all outerwear.

Our concierge, Shirley, will make any pre-arrival arrangements you may require. Just send her your wish list and she will do a pre-arrival shop and have the refrigerator and cupboards full of goodies when you arrive! Shirley will email you after we receive your reservation and offer to arrange your transportation to the property, provide dining suggestions and reservations; provide assistance with ski school programs, equipment rentals and much more.

Grocery Delivery Provide your "wish list", and your private concierge will have your refrigerator and cupboards stocked with grocerieis when you arrive.
Lift Ticket Delivery Discounted tickets can be reserved for pick up at the Allura desk or can be in the condo when you arrive with prior arrangement. Assistance with ski school programs and delivery of lesson vouchers can also be provided.
Resort Tours Have your concierge arrange activities or services such as snowmobiling, heli-skiing, dog sledding, childcare etc. For our summer guests, she can arrange tee-times; plan a day trip of kayaking, rock-climbing, or whitewater rafting.

Cedar Creek, 4883 Painted Cliff Drive, is located on the Wizard Express quad chair lift, 15 feet from the slope and about 300 yards above the Blackcomb base. The property, though adjacent to the slope, is set in a wooded, beautifully landscaped area that includes a small creek, giving a sense of privacy.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits are non-refundable. If a reseration is booked and cancelled 6 months prior to the arrival date, deposit is refundable less 5% of the TOTAL rental amount. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals No refunds . We cannot be responsible for circumstances which delay your arrival
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access information provided . These will be sent after balance of payment is received
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes These may be possible depending on availability . Reservations can be lengthened depending on availability. If you want to shorten your reservation, deposits are non-refundable, balance payments will reflect the shortened reservation. For fully paid reservations, refunds are not available

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted for excessive noise without a refund! .
Housekeeping Must be in reasonable condition . Thoroughly cleaned before arrival and every five days
Liability We cannot be responsible for any liability for personal bodily injury in our home, in transit, or while on the property .
Maintenance Emergencies Please contact our personal concierge at all times . Shirley Hills our head concierge, will have left detailed contact information in the condo when you check-in
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Ten people overnight . Includes all bodies, even children! More than ten is grounds for eviction
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the damage is caused by a third party . This is part of the contract. If there is any damage, please contact us directly for a settlement
Rental Accommodation Zoning

 About Us

Even though our family lives in New York City (not exactly geographically convenient), we fell in love with this condo which came as close to our idea of perfection as we have found in any ski area in North America. This very convenient SKI IN/SKI OUT location combined with a feeling of spaciousness created by the vaulted 3 story ceilings make this the perfect vacation spot! We have tried to ensure that the well equipped kitchen and quality furnishings make it a very comfortable home. We have two teenage children who have been coming to Whistler and Blackcomb since they were born. We all love the winter for skiing and sledding just outside our door, as well as cross-country skiing, snow shoeing and visiting the wonderful Meadow Park athletic facility for swimming, ice skating, squash and working out. In the summer we enjoy biking, mountain biking, white water rafting, kayaking and golf. We hope you will love our home and Whistler as much as we do!
