Cancellations Made by Guests Non Refundable. Your payment will be refunded (less a 5% admin. fee) if the unit is re-rented for the same period

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Not Permitted.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure included.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily, mental, or physical harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Our on site maintenance support will be available during normal hours.

Property Damage The tenant/s will be responsible for leaving the unit in exactly the same condition as they found it. Any damage done to the property will be payable by the tenant after the rental period is over. A visa or Master card is required to secure the reservation. Damage includes but not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private prperty damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavour while in the property or on common premises

 About Us

We live in England near Bath and both share a passion for skiing. Paul is a Television Director and it was during a filming project in Big White that he discovered the wonders of the resort - so much so he wanted to be part of it. Lucy has skied in Europe all her life and now would never go anywhere else after the incredible snow and skiing found in Big White. To then build our dream chalet made it perfect.
We have two children, Jessica and William and although William is still too young to ski, Jessica had her first taste last season and is hooked! We hope to spend many family holidays here for the skiing and to enjoy the luxury we have created in our chalet. We hope you love it too!

Great ski in ski out

The best thing about this place is its location, close to the village and right off the Hummingbird run. It was easy to get in and out for lunch. The place itself while clean needed some maintenance, the door locks needed new batteries, the stove and oven were shorting out and oven was unclean. The kitchen was not that well stocked with pots/pans/cutting boards etc. Beds and pillows were so/so. Helpful maintenance people did attend though and help with doors, oven, stove and cutting boards. We would stay here again for the location but come better prepared.

Outstanding Open Living in the Heart of Big White.

This place is warm, spacious, with a hot tub, ski in ski out and only a stone throw from the main Gondola and Big White Centre. We found the place easy and the list of Pauls personal instructions came in handy. Additional towels were made available for the hot tub and the place was fouind clean and tidy. I think it was pretyy good value for this time of year.
