We are happy to pick up lift tickets in advance for you. We are able to pick them up at $10.00 per day less than the regular rate. Just let us know how many you think you will need, and only pay for those that you use! We also have good travel info on ways to get from Vancouver airport to Whistler. We can guide you through buying groceries online and having them delivered, and we have contacts for child/baby equipment and babysitting.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled 30 days or more from scheduled arrival date.. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo or on decks. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $75 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The hot tub area can be used, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families.
Garbage Removal Garbage to be taken to garbage room in parking garage.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. Internet is provided by the phone company, we are not responsible if they have an interruption in service.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock on its own upon exit. You must press the lock icon on the lock when leaving

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.

Lovely, easy holiday

Apartment was really nice, well presented and spacious for the 4 of us. Enough space for 6 if you don't mind the noise of the fridge from the sofa bed. The beds were super comfy and cosy.

Towels, linen, kitchen essentials and washing detergent etc came in handy. Just had to buy food and drink :) Free local bus into the village was a 1min walk and runs frequently from a handy bus shelter. There's a number of steps around the complex and up to the front door but plenty of ice melter around. The apartment was all on one level and the hot tub and setting was nice and secluded.

Getting the Ford Expedition in and out of the communal parking garage was doable but made easier by a few empty spaces opposite. Really enjoyed our stay, check in and out was made so easy, as was everything else out there. Would come back again! Thanks Westwind!

This was our second time booking Arrowhead Point condo, and we enjoyed it immensely. The location is great, as you are tucked away, but close enough to ski down to Wizard after a 3 minute walk to the Coast. The bus is handy, about a 2 minute walk away, and easy to get back!

The other nice things include 2 full bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, and lots of seating in the living room which is unusual. The private hot tub is super handy. I'd like to challenge other guests, or the owner, to explain the very interesting painting above the fireplace. It is definitely a conversation piece.

Very Comfortable and Great Location

We have been skiing at Whistler for 10+ years and have rented numerous properties. This was definitely one of the better ones because of amenities and the location. Ski out after a short 5 min walk and with the great snow conditions we were literally able to ski in to within a few feet of the front door. Easy to ski home for lunch and avoid the crowds and high costs of eating at the mountain lodges.

It is in a quiet secluded location in the upper benchlands. Great for avoiding the noise of the main village. We never waited more than a few minutes for the free shuttle bus that dropped us off in the village in less than 10 minutes.

The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the private hot tub on the balcony was much appreciated after a long day of skiing. There were a few minor issues but they were dealt with promptly and professionally by the people at Westwind properties that manage the unit.

Beautiful Condo & Can't Wait to Return

12 Arrowhead Pointe

This Condo advertised a hot tub and a washer and dryer. Both the hot tub and the dryer were 110 AC units. The hot tub would not get hot as there was not enough power. The dryer would not dry clothes for hours.

It is a very small condo for a two bedroom, hard for two people to walk around the kitchen or living room.

Overall not worth the price and not what was advertised.
