Welcome to 28 Timber Ridge! With the best ski-in/ski-out at Big White, luxury accomodation, private hot tub and fantastic views of the Monashee Mountains you'll have a great holiday here.  Property Description

Our Timber Ridge condo is a single level, lower unit. Access to the condo is via a single flight of steps. The ski-locker is just outside the front door on your way to the ski-run. We have real ski-in / ski-out! Once inside, there is a bench and a large closet for storing your ski boots and ski clothes. To the left of the front door is the open plan lounge / dining area and kitchen, plus access to the private deck and hot tub. To the right, are the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Living Area

The combined living and dining area is open-plan and very spacious with fantastic views down to the village and across to the Monshaee Mountains. The lounge area has a large sofa and three arm chairs for relaxing in around the stone-surround gas fireplace. The TV/VCR player, DVD and stereo are housed in pine cabinets.

Location

Timber Ridge is located at the very top of the village. We back directly onto Mogul Track ski-run, so ski-in / ski-out is the best! The shuttle-bus stops just at the end of the drive every 30mins. Otherwise it's a 10 minute walk down to the village (less than 5 minutes drive). Slightly longer on the way back. Being at the top of the village we have the most stunning views.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any arrival day is acceptable .
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less before arrival date are only refundable if we replace your booking with someone else.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We can not hold any reservation without payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds - we are not responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information eMailed to you when balance of payment is made and within 14 days of your arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of your booking. You can re-book the dates if they are still avaliable by paying the balance in full.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable. If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Housekeeping The condo will be clean on your arrival. Additional cleaning, new sheets / linens may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White and the transit to or from Big White for your holiday.

Reservation Guarantee If the property becomes unavailable due to damage prior to your arrival. We will attempt to re-locate you to a similar property. If there are any rate increases, we will contribute up to C$100 per night towards rate equalization. If we can not re-locate you, you will receive a full refund. Is there a Doctor at Big White Yes, there is a resident Doctor available between 3pm and 6pm. House calls are available if required.

Are there cash machines & currency exchange facilities? There are 4 ATM's on the mountain. You can exchange currency, but Big White recommends you change your money before you arrive at a bank to get the best rate.

Petrol / Gas Station

Is there a Petrol / Gas station on the mountain? No. We recommend you fill up before you arrive.

Groceries

Can I have groceries delivered? You can order your groceries on line at www.vacationservices.ca or in Canada call 250-765-4282. Groceries can be either delivered or completely unpacked for you!
