Hi Mike,

We certainly had a great time staying at your home in Whistler Creekside. The place was well kept and was furnished with comfort in mind. The bedrooms were also great, but the abundant clothes hangers were even more appreciated after a long day of skiing and riding. Of course the ski-in/ski-out path was a real treat, and the boot rack was a new favourite for us (we even had to flip a few coins to decide who in our group got to use it).

The kitchen and living area were the two most used areas for us. The living area was great with the couches and coffee table; we definitely spent a lot of time there after a long day in the snow. The kitchen was extremely handy and was well equipped with dishes, cups, cutlery, and all the pots and pans for cooking.

The condo was a great place to stay, and it certainly felt like home for the weekend. If we're ever looking for a place to stay in Whistler in the near future, I know for sure that your condo will be on the top of the short list.

Property Description

A 3 storey townhome built into the mountainside and accessed from the adjoining parking area by cedar stairs adjoining decks to the entrance way.. Large bedroom with King bed on 1st level that can be divided into 2 singles on request. 3 baths, one on each level. Also, ski Storage & boot dryers, and laundry at 1st level. Living/dining room & kitchen & walkout to balcony on the second level with 2 pce bath. On 3rd level master bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite privilege bath, 2nd bedoom with a queen bed and walk-out to back decks and hot tub shared only with 1 adjoining townhome also owned by us, surrounded by trees, trees, trees! Balconies off both bedrooms to enjoy the views of the Creekside Valley and Mount Currie.

Dining area is off to one side but open to both the kitchen and living room. Large pine table seats 6 comfortably. Opens to a balcony for after dinner fresh air and to enjoy spectacular views of the Creekside Valley.

This completely private location is only 500 feet from the mountain runs and the trail entrances are within 100 feet of our front doors. The trails are walking trails when the snow goes and arrive at Whistlercreek Village area with all the conveniences. Our unit shares the hot tub with the adjoining unit and it is privately located off the 3rd level on the back deck in a natural setting. We have a total of four units side by side that can be booked for larger parties. Property 973 is similar with exception of furnishings and are all joined by the front decks. We have two parking spots per unit. One carport/garage and one assigned in uncovered parking beside the carport/garage. Our ski out trail to the Creekside Gondola is accessed by stairs that are just across the driveway from our unit. The ski in stairs are right beside our unit for easy access.True mountain experience feel in our small complex yet two minutes drive to grocery store,movie rental store, restaurants, liquor store, ski school & ski rental/repairs, Starbucks, Bus Stops and more... We are ideally located in Whistler Creekside, with a user friendly ski in/ski out steps away from your front door which brings you out a few turns above the Creekside Gondola. A two minute car ride will put you at the Creekside base where you can find ski rentals, ski scamps, a grocery store, video rentals, restaurants, coffee shops and much more! The ski in brings you within 10 yards of your front door! Our units are built into the moutain for dramactic mountain views of the Creekside Valley from the upper two floors.

Approx. 10 days before the check in date so that combination is current. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Bike Storage Bikes must be stored in the property entranceways only. Bikes are NOT permitted past the tiled entrance ways in the property.
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m. Check in advance for possible early arrivals
Check-Out Time 10:00 a.m. Check in advance for possible late departures . You will be charged $50 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented development with a quiet zone from 11:00PM-8:00AM. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel and a $200 fine from our property strata. By accepting our Credit Card Authorization and Policy Agreement, you agree to our charging your credit card for all fines incurred during your stay.
Garbage Removal There is a large trash dumpster as you enter the complex at the first building. Please remove trash as it accumulates and before you check out. There is a garbarator in the right sink. Be a friend to the bears and do not leave garbage outside to attract them.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 5th day. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage We have an active high speed wireless network identified as “main”. The Log on password will be provided with the lock box code
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people maximum! Monitored and charged to your credit card@ $100./person/night over 6 person limit. Exceptions MAY be made for infants/toddlers.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies. Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure

Parking & Ticketing One carport or garage space with your unit # and one uncovered assigned space with your unit # on a sign in the parking lot beside the carports. There is no guest parking! Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles will be towed.
Policy Updates Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.
Property Damage Any damages incurred during the guests stay will be charged to their credit card upon departure. We require an original signed Credit Card Authorization and Policy Agreement form from booking guest . Guest agrees to pay up to C$2000 for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis & Snowboards must be stored in the ski racks outside the unit. 8 complimentary ski keys are provided to lock your skis and boards. Keys missing on check out are charged to you at $25 each. Skis & Snowboards are NOT permitted in the units.There are 2 extra snowboard spots at the top of the stairs at unit #21.The ski keys are located in the entranceway of your unit on check in.
Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace

About Us

We are a family of 5 and have been skiing Whistler since 1987 and have loved every year of it. We were involved in the development and building of this complex and the improvements made over the years, most notably the incredibe ski in/ski out to the Creekside Gondola a mere 100' from our front door. Creekside has been greatly expanded and now has a grocery store, liquor store, ski school & rental/repair shops, movie rentals, restaurants/bars and bus stops & more!
