IF for some reason there has been a housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, or by 8pm PST, we will refund you for your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day. In the event of a housekeeping emergency, there is a complete set of clean linens accessible within the property.|

We are a family of 4 originally from Copenhagen, Denmark but have the last 20 years been working and enjoying life in Asia hereof the last 11 years in Hong Kong. We love to travel and explore new parts of the world and when we went to Big White few years ago we simply had the best family vacation ever! Our kids now 14 and 15 years old loves the ski & snowboarding school, all the night skiing, the afterskiing activities, the mountain tube ride, iceskating and the snowscooters...you name it, they love it!. The options of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, the snowmobile tours, the sleigh rides and all the different restaurants and bars gives you so many opportunities of enjoing life that it is hard to choose....... It is no wonder why Big White has been voted the Top North American family Resort for serval years in a row! We have been skiing all over Europe for many years but we simply agree that there must be something "in the air" that makes this place so unique. Therefore we are very pleased to be able to share our luxury, cozy and "right on the run" Snow Home with you and we look forward to welcoming you. Great kitchen layout and layout worked well for our two families. Unit is clean and it's nice having a double garage (which means you can't really play pingpong). Would stay there again if it had just one more room (rec room for kids).
We had a wonderful time. The ski-in, ski-out options was very convenient, as was the shuttle when we did want to walk down to the village. The home was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.
This was our 4th stay at aspens 4, and as always it was a real treat. The ski in/out access is second to none and the condo is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Everything you need for a great vacation at one of the finest family ski resorts in the world!
The house was very clean and well equipped with many unexpected extras (e.g. tooth paste, makeup removal wipes, spice rack, cloth drying rack). It was super-convenient to leave all ski & snowboard equipment inside the attached heated garage which was code-accessed (no need too bring keys). It was toddler-friendly with provision of cot, highchair & plastic cups /bowls. Location was great for ski-in and ski-out, but it was a long walk down to Village Centre Mall. We did managed to catch the free village shuttle sometimes.
The Thorsens' town house was spectacular. Everyone of the 4 bathrooms has a heated floor and the steam shower was great. Having a private hot tub and bbq is also a nice convenience. The kitchen was very well equiped and had tons of counter space. Best part is the proximity to the hill just 50 ft from your front door. Thanks Thorsens, we will be sure to come back.
Great comfortable home for two families, with a very well-stocked kitchen and nice furnishings. Table tennis in the heated garage was a great bonus. Location is excellent for getting on and off the mountain quickly.
The house was well stocked and furnished. It was nice to arrive and have the fire place going after a very long flight from australia. Location was good once we got used to catching the bus. Maybe the book with the restaurants is a little outdated, but no problem. My only comment would be that the house needs a little better dust and vacuum and there a few light bulbs that need changing.
This place truly has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with every small or large appliance you need. Beds are comfy. Nice, big bathrooms. Great, well-maintained hot tub with a wonderful view. Housekeeping could use a little work: very dusty, and the rugs seemed like there had been pets prior to our stay. The kitchen faucet was broken which was incredibly annoying. The lefthand sink was leaking from the drain insert. Great ski in ski out, but a ways from the village. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay there again!!
Loved this place had everything you need at your finger tips, the ski in/ski out was great just a 10 second walk from the door. What i loved the most is how I was able to find everything in the kitchen it was all organized so well and they didn't forget anything you needed a utensil or casserole dish they had it.We will be back again.
