Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.

Aloha! Thank you for visiting our web site! We are Joe and Amy Kindrich from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Who would have ever thought that we would chose a winter retreat to the champagne powder snow at Big White Ski resort over our sunshine and beaches here in Hawaii? On our very first visit, we fell in love with all that Big White Ski resort had to offer and couldn't leave without purchasing our very own ski condo escape. The snow is pure powder; no lines & no wait; lots of activities so you never get bored; people are warm and friendly; and ski-in/ski-out. Joe views Big White as a huge winter playground. He is an advanced skier and enjoys the challenges of the mountain terrain. Amy is a beginner skier that can find a green run off of every lift. However, Amy prefers to twirl on the ice skating rink. Our dream is to create a family tradition of winter FUN! We absolutely LOVE our Big White home and hope that you will. too. WOW! We thought we'd fallen in love with the owners 1 bedroom unit but the 2 bedroom is spectacular. Spacious, great views of the hill from multiple angles. It's close to the hot tub, kitchen is well stocked, building superintendents are wonderful, great location. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay.

The unit was fabulous, sadly I'm a clean freak and the unit passed with flying colours. It's equipped with everything you can think of. As a bonus we got to watch the fireworks out the living room window. I e-mailed with the owners a couple of times before we went up and she was so friendly and nice. It was a great experience. Thank you for being willing to provide such a great place.

The condo was more than we could have imagined. It was very roomy and comfortable, well equipped, location excellent and the outdoor hot tub was a great way to end the day. It was perfect for our ski get away at Big White.

We had a great stay in a wonderfully equipped condo. The location was fantastic. We loved being able to ski in and out, walk to the village and enjoy a hot tub after a day on the slopes. There were four of us there, and we appreciated having so much room. The place was immaculate, nicely decorated and more than met all of our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very large and well stocked. We enjoyed watching movies and relaxing in the comfy living room after skiing. The view was fabulous. It is plenty close enough to the village to walk easily. The ski in and ski out was easily done and my kids had no problem finding their way. We appreciated the code instead of keys to get in the door so kids could come and go. The in condo sauna was a nice treat. The detailed instructions on arriving and restaurants recommendations, etc. were very helpful. We would highly recommend and would certainly come back again.

We had a great time in your condo. It has has a good location, it is very clean and well stocked. The sauna was a plus and my husband is now considering purchasing one! We could not access the internet (problem with the hot spot?) and water pressure was an issue. One day we couldn't get any water in the shower. We enjoyed our visit to Big White and fully intend to return for another vacation next season and would definitely hope to rent your condo again. I haven't figured out how to update my account so this came to my defunct one, I'll work on that! Happy New Year!

I stayed here with my sister and her kids & our elderly mother. It was great for our mom who doesn't even ski as she just sat in the condo and enjoyed the view! It is nice and roomy and we had plenty of room. The shared hot tub was never busy, although it closed rather early (6:00 p.m.) on Sundays. We had a great time and would definitely return!

The location and view are fantastic! The unit is very large but very dated and cluttered. More attention to cleaning is required since dusty, dirty hand prints all over the windows, cupboards were grimy and filled with old jars and kitchen staples.

we enjoyed the fabulous condo - very large which was appreciated by the 3 teens (and especially the parents). Everything was exactly as described on the website - very comfy beds! We will definately be back next year...we wanted to write in the log book but could not find a pen anywhere.
