Property Description

Upper floor is a huge open living area consisting of the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Den with a full bathroom. The hottub is on the upper deck adjacent to the washroom. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the lower levels as well as the sauna and full sized washer and dryer. There is also another sleeping area as well as a games area with the foosball table. The 2 car garage and mudroom are level with the entrance and accessible from the inside. This unit is a duplex.

Living Area

Designed as a Great Room, this living room has an enormous open area with a couch, loveseat and 2 la-z-boy recliners. The windows are from the floor to the ceiling. The ceiling is vaulted ans 16' in height. There are wonderful mountain views from 3 sides of the house. There is also a separate table for games or puzzles.

Dining Area

The Dining Room is part of the Great Room. The table is Roxton Maple and seats 10 people. The bar looking into the kitchen seats 2 people.

Special Features

Architectually designed with plenty of windows to maximize the views. The views can be enjoyed from any of the 3 decks and also from the hot tub. It is especially nice to gaze at the stars from the hot tub.

Policies

Our chalet is no smoking. Reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of booking. 25% once the registration form is completed and returned. Your reservation is subject to the registration form being signed and returned. Balance is due within 45 days of arrival. For bookings less than 45 days out, payment in full is due. A damage deposit is charged after departure if property is damaged, or if excessive cleaning is required, or if items are missing.

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests Subject to rerental. If the dates of the cancellation are rented then there may be a refund, subject to any administration fees.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If the property is left in a mess...garbage not in the trash cans, furniture/bedding rearranged...then there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Not allowed after 10:00pm. You may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Garbage Removal Much appreciated. There are two free garbage depots in Whistler. One north towards Alpine Meadows and the second at Function Junction. It would be great if you could deposit your garbage at one of these outlets either during or at the end of your stay.
Housekeeping cleaned prior to arrival and departure. For two week stays an extra clean is done after one week. Additional cleaning may be scheduled.
Liability We are not responsible for and personal injury or damage to personal property while in our home, or while in transit to and from our property. This includes guest invited over.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 without exception. This total include children. Strictly enforced. If we find that there are more people than are registered or more beds used than people staying then there will be an extra charge of $75 per night per person or extra bed used.
Missing Items Do not remove anything. Please let us know if anything is broken. You will be billed for the replacements. This may be waived if we are notified of any breakages or damages (depending on the item)
Noise Restrictions You may be asked to vacate without a refund if there is excessive noise. We are in a quiet neighbourhood and respect our neighbors. Therefore we request that there be no excessive noise after 10:00 pm.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by the guest or their guests. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Damages includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, private or common property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing items; smoking inside the property; pets inside the property.

We have a long history with Whistler as my Grandfather was an early resident of Whistler and he operated a Lodge. We have 3 boys who absolutely love going to Whistler. To date only one of our boys skiis but we hope that will change this year as the other 2 will be taking lessons from mom. Their greatest joy is to bike the valley trail and canoe the River of Golden Dreams.
