We gladly welcome our guests to the fabulous Whistler Resort and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our condo is spacious and comfortable with many personal additions. It offers our guests the choice to truly enjoy all that Whistler has to offer or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of it all. Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given. Late checkin ok
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided when fully paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative onmountain secure bike storage.
Check-In Time 4pm. Early check in possible, please confirm
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed in building after 10:30 pm.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed wireless internet.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises

cozy, convenient to lifts, could use a few things.

Pro's: I loved that there was a combination entry lock. One less key to keep track of in my life. The bedroom was really cozy and nicely decorated. Con's: I found the kitchen lacking in that it was stocked with only the bare essential, and not good quality stuff. There was no cutting board or salad spinner and the knives weren't very sharp. The frying pan was tiny, and the vent fan was so loud that I had to shut myself in the bedroom while I cooked. Also had trouble with the internet connection cutting out every few minutes. I was able to reconnect but it was a hassle. It's possible there was an easy fix to this, though, and I didn't bother to contact them to check, so I don't know. Also, couldn't get the tv to work in the living area, but I didn't care because it worked great in the bed room. Basically, if you're not going to be cooking much, and you're up for fiddling with some possible technical issues, I'd recommend it. Clean and comfortable space and not a hard walk to the slope.

Nicely appointed, quiet apartment. Short walk to the slopes (only a walk due to the lack of snow so late in the season). We caught the free bus twice into the village. Way easier than parking and walking. Pool was warm enough and hot tub was lovely after a hard day skiing. No complaints at all. I did leave Kim a message ref a charger that I left at the apartment but have heard nothing back. Not a major issue as this was my fault. If she reads this I'd like to connect with her.

We rented this condo with my sister's family for a week of ski (3 adults, one kid). We were very satisfy with the location process (easy and secure). The condo is comfy and clean, well located with ski in/out option to Blackcomb as well as shuttle to Whistler. The only thing we were not to satisfy with is the sofa sleeping option where the sofa bed have an air matress that is not easy to use. But besides this, it was great place to stay. I would definitively recommend this condo.

I wasn't exactly sure of the location where I had booked my reservation. It's just a short bus shuttle ride from the lifts and village. You take the 5 Benchlands bus and it drops you off at the stop by the driveway. The condo was excellent - clean, spacious and quiet. You really couldn't have asked for anything better. Both Pat & Kim were excellent do deal with and very helpful.

Tastefully decorated, plenty of space for a couple, very comfortable. Quiet complex with all amenities you would expect. Free bus shuttle to the village leaves outside the front door every 15 minutes. Almost ski-in ski-out. Easy 2 minute walk to the slopes.

we enjoyed our stay at #614 tremendously. The booking process was very fuss free and clear check-in instructions made getting in on arrival a breeze. The apartment was warm (in fact we didn't even need heating in the bedroom) comfortable and convenient to Lost Lake XC Ski area. The free Whistler Shuttle to Upper Village / Benchlands stops just at the gates of the Condo - was very convenient to use this to get into town for groceries etc. Kitchen dining well laid out - only thing we wanted but wasn't there were tongs for cooking pasta. Living room was very comfortable, we loved the widescreen TV and relaxed on the sofas after a long day of skiing. The availability of wifi was fantastic. Hot tub was great for aching muscles and laundry very convenient. Ski Lockers were handy, and I wished all residents would use them - I saw other units bringing skis and boards up to their apartments - which I'm sure would not be a good thing. Some peolle also brought cans of beer to the hot tub. Also not a good thing. I would definately recommend this Unit and would stay there again.

We had such a great time in Whistler and the apartment was fantastic - fantastic location (ski in and ski-out), lovely apartment (comfy bed, loads of space, great kitchen facilities, huge bathroom), great service (fast response to e-mail queries, the information received about the apartment before we arrived was brilliant and really helpful, change of towels and apartment tidied during the stay). I don't have a bad word to say!
