This brand new 600 sq.ft. suite is in the bottom of a duplex built in 2003. New carpeting in living area and lino in kitchen area. All brand new appliances. Lock box on front of building.
The sleeping area in this suite is in the main room. It consists of a double futon and a daybed with a single trundle underneath.

The kitchen has all brand new appliances -- a full sized range with oven and microwave/fan hood unit, a Danby apartment sized fridge and a Tri-Clean GE dishwasher. Toaster, coffemaker, electric kettle supplied. Matching dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware for 8. Also bakeware and cooking utensils. Basic cleaning supplies and staples are also provided.
Living Room has carpeting, double futon, TV/VCR combination with movie videos and cablevision, stereo with CDs, books, and games.
The dining area is in the living room with a cafe style dining table with four tall upholstered stools.
Private newly built suite in Snow Pines Estates.
The suite has a full sized stacker washer and dryer. There is parking outside the front of the building. Private ski locker. TV & VCR with movies. Stereo with CDs. Games and books.

HI THERE! We are the Friesens and the Seitzs. We have lived in Kelowna for 12 years and the Seitzs have lived here for 5 years. We are almost neighbours in Kelowna. Marv Friesen has been skiing at Big White for about 12 years and Carl Seitz about 2. Adriana and Paulette do not ski but are content to go to the mountain as non-skiiers. There is still lots to do at Big White! As friends, we have decided to offer you the opportunity of staying in our unit at Big White. We hope the year is a great one and you enjoy your stay!
