    Our Cozy Condo has 3 levels! FIRST FLOOR-The 1st level is where the main entrance is located,you will find a bedroom with 2 Single Beds, perfect for kids or adults and 1 full bathroom with heated floors a shower and tub. The In-Suite Laundry, the Ski & Bike storage and you own private garage are also on the 1st level. SECOND FLOOR-You will go up the stairs and find 1 full remodled bathroom with a shower & granite counter. A large open LIVING ROOM area with a fully equipped & beautifully remodeled KITCHEN and DINNING area. A remote controlled FIREPLACE above a flat screen TV. With access to a small private patio! THIRD FLOOR-Then you will go up the remaining stairs and find 2 large bedrooms, with 2 KING Size beds featuring memory foam mattresses, soft linens and heated floors in the bathroom.

    Located in UPPER VILAGE in the community of FORREST TRAILS. Ski In Access The ski-in access is short a 5 min. on VALLEY TRAIL from the base of BLACKCOMB. You walk up VALLEY TRAIL, that leads you behind world famous CHATEU WHISTLER where you could catch a Spa Day or Dine delicious cuisine. After you pass CHATEAU WHISTLER you will follow the cross walk through Spearhead St. and it will lead you staright into FORREST TRAILS comminuty parking. Turn LEFT onto and passed the covered parking straight to #37. Ski Out Access Walk outside the condo, turn LEFT and walk straight, passed the covered parking to your LEFT and onto a paved trail. Turn RIGHT onto the trail that will lead you accross the Spearhead St. and turn into VALLEY TRAIL. Follow this out, passing CHATEAU WHISTLER on your right. The trail in is downhill and will lead you straight into BLACKCOMB BASE where you could catch a chairlift to powder SKIING in the Winter OR an unbelievable MOUNTAIN BIKING PARK in the Summer!! Summer Activities It is also close to the Chateau Whistler GOLF Coarse, is you want to play a game! Not to mention the AWESOME BACKCOMB Mountain Bike Park! There is also Bungee Jumping, Hiking and Rock Climbing. Village Accesss And it is Near Free Shuttle Access, the shuttle picks you up on Spearhead St. OR a short 5 min. drive to WHISTLER VILLAGE. There are also, lot's of Parks and Lakes.

    Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit Refundable with a 30 Day Notice. They are subject to a 25% Management Processing Fee + 4% Credit Card Transaction Fee (if applicable). If cancelled after 30 days prior to arrival and no rebooking dates are available a 5% rebooking fee is required.

    Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

    Best things to see on the way to Whistler The drive up to Whistler is breathtaking, there are several waterfalls located just off the Sea-to-Sky highway(A.K.A HWY 99), and are a great place to stop off and strech out your legs. Two are easily accessible; Shannon Falls & Brandywine Falls. Shannon Falls is the one that I would recommend- dramatic 1,100 foot falls are an easy 10 min. hike from the parking lot of Shannon Falls Provicial Park, just 2 miles south of Squamish
