Our home is situated in the modern Northstar complex. It is steps away from everything, including the shops, cafes, bars & lifts, yet uniquely private and quiet. It is a perfect base for families, couples and groups.  Once you get here, park the car and forget about driving until you leave.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment - non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Resevations cancelled less than 60 days will be refunded only if we replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed when balance of payment is made. PLEASE PRINT IT OFF & BRING WITH YOU.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a guest stay contract. Booking with us is an acceptance of our policies at the time
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Changes may be arranged availability permitting. Guests may lengthen their reservation if availability permits. If you have already paid your balance, this is similarly non-refundable. If you haven't paid the balance, the amount will then be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Guests will be evicetd for excessive noise.
Housekeeping Clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; mid stay clean for stays of over 8 days. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request & expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Whistler resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided with check-in package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons maximum overnight - excess numbers will result in eviction. 1 Queen bed, twin beds and 1 Queen sofabed.
Missing Items Guests authorise a $200 credit card charge for missing, damaged items as per our stated damage deposit policies. A $25CDN + tax charge will be payable for missing/lost keys.

We have stayed in the North Star complex numerous times, but this is the first time in a two bedroom and it was great. Roomy, terrific Master suite and nice open outlook with some mountain views. Have always enjoyed the hot tub/pool setup here as well as the convenience to the grocery store and ski bus shuttle. This unit is much better stocked than most for added convenience and value. The outside deck would be really nice for a summer visit.

We enjoyed your condo and would recommend it to friends. It was easy to get around the village as well as getting the #4 up to the base of the mountain. The kitchen faucett leaks when turned on so it will need to be looked at. As well, the garbage code didn't work, luckily someone nearby gave me a code that did work. Also, the main bedroom windows sills are either covered in caked in dirt or black mold- you may want to take a look before it gets any worse. Thanks again.

Great accommodation - clean, quiet, well furnished. Location is awesome being just a short walk to Olympic Plaza and the playground for the kids. Owners were very accommodating allowing us to check out a couple of hours late since no other party was arriving that day.

The only negative is that we didn't seem to have access to the bike storage facility in the parkade and when I enquired about it I didn't hear back - that would probably be a deal breaker for a return visit if we came back in summer.

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Whistler condo. It's located in a quiet spot, has the best black out blinds to shield in the morning sun, and we liked that you provided some condiments and kitchen/bathroom items for us to use.

We booked this just a few weeks before we arrived and was very pleased with the price. We have stayed in The Lagoons previously so had no problem finding the location and was familiar with the area. The place was very clean, plenty of towels etc and all in all very well stocked. If I was being picky, the TV/soundbar/cable set up was complicated and the staple stock was low eg. sugar, coffee, salt (not necessarily expected but is always handy and appreciated).

I had an email from the owners on booking however, never had a reply to 3 further emails that I sent so I was disappointed with the lack of response. There was meant to be a housekeeper half way through which didn't happen but in fairness, there was a message on the phone but the dial code to pick it up didn't appear to work , so that could have been the housekeeper. I would return to this property, a kitchen upgrade would make this place pretty perfect. :)

Across the street from all the local stores you would need, each morning we would take the bus from across the road to Whistler base, a 4 min bus ride , 2 mornings we visited Whistler Black-comb base and it was only the next stop. Snow conditions was awesome. Space inside is modern, warm with great water pressure.

We had a great time staying in your condo. The location was perfect and it was so easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the ski slopes. The hot tub and pool were great after a long day of snowboarding. We only wish they had shoveled the snow off the path from the locker room to the hot tub as that made for some frozen feet. :) Other than that it was perfect.
