Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations.
Delayed Arrivals No refund on delayed arrivals. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
Internet Availability & Usage FREE high speed wireless internet and hard wire high speed access in each bedroom plus the living area.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies Notify Owner. Emergency numbers are listed in the welcome package
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight.
Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items that are missing from this property on departure.
Parking & Ticketing Underground parking: maximum height is 6' 10”. If your vehicle is greater then 6’ 10”, please contact us for alternative options. Parking is $15 / day
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

We were there in the summer. Loved the location and the complete renovation of the entire condo is awesome. The only negative is that the building does not have AC; and when we were there in August, high temperatures were in the 90/s. It does cool down at night, but it can get a little noisy with people coming home very late at night (early morning) with your windows open. On our last night I was woken up by loud talking at 1AM and 3AM and then again at 6AM when some people were gathering outside our window to head out for the day.

Cant fault this condo. Very stylish decor and beautifully fitted out. Everything you could need. Kitchen is small but well appointed. Both bathrooms had great showers. Comfotable beds. Oldest son loved the mezzanine level and our youngest the master suite which was cool in the heat wave. Great views of mountains. Good location in Upper Village, near grocery and liquor store and the Sunday market and Portobello for coffees. Very helpful guest services. Our blind was fixed very promtly and help was also given to turn the pilot light off for the gas fire which we didnt need as it was 30 degrees. Five star accommodation without the five star price tag.

We have stayed at the Glacier Lodge a few times but this was the first at this unit. We had 4 adults, two teens and 2 younger kids with us. Dealing with Rob Sproule(manager) was always pleasant and he was quick to answer all my emails, he even was able to get us into the unit a few hours early! Everyone loved the look of the unit and the kids loved the upstairs loft. The two other bedrooms were beautiful as were both bathrooms. The only negative I had is the size of the kitchen-it is definitely a one person kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful but doesn't function well. There didn't seem to be much storage for food and I know most people eat out in Whistler but we are on a budget and ate in most meals. They do have cupboards up high but without a stool no one could reach. A shelf on the end wall would also help...simple fixes so it didn't really take away from our stay. Loved the couch cause we could all fit on it for late night movies! We went during a BC heat wave and with no aC the two fans didn't help when you have three bedrooms and the extras in the hotel were taken so one more in the unit would be a good idea. Otherwise the location is our favorite close to walk to the main Whistler village but in the quieter upper village, the building itself is quiet (you don't hear people in the hallways) and you have the farmer's market right below(on Sundays) and the chairlift and kids fun zone is a 2 minute walk away.
