Welcome to our home away from home. Enjoy the spectacular views of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains from our comfortable spacious Living Room. Our second home is decorated in country pine furnishings with warm colours throughout. Blueberry Hill is just a five minute drive and 15 minute walk to the village. Still close enough to the Village without the noise. A quick look out our Living Room window will let you know if its a day for skiing or just enjoying a quiet day by the fireplace.  

Blueberry Hill is not on the shuttle bus route but there is a transit bus that comes by 1/2 block from our complex and takes you to the ski lifts. If you have a car it is a 5 min. drive to the slopes and a very large parking lot that offers some free parking and some pay parking.

Property Description

As you enter our spacious condominium, the picture window ahead of you will confirm that you have chosen to stay at one of the largest units availabe, with one of the most spectacular views in Whistler. Kitchen and Living Room ahead, bedrooms are located in the hallway to the left. The loft area is upstairs to the right. The hot tub. sauna and games room are one floor below.

Take the stress out of finding a parking space. 5 minute drive to Village. 15 minute walk via the Valley Trail which can be accessed by stairs which are at the junction of Ptarmigan and Nighthawk Lane.

Bike Storage Bike storage in our locked storage in parking area. No bikes allowed in our condo.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Forgotten Items by Guest We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Garbage Removal Remove all garbage at departure time.

When is this payment due and how is it paid? The damage deposit is due 45 days before you arrive. This is paid by personal cheque or money order.

How far are we from the Village

How far are we from the Village? We are approx. 5 min drive to village and approx 20 min.walk. There is a bus on Blueberry Hill drive that will take you to the Village. The price is $1.50. for an adult.

lift tickets

Where do we get discount lift tickets? You can purchase discount lift tickets either through Allura Direct or any 7/11 stores except in Whistler have discount tickets. At present 2007 and adult ticket is $69.00 and to purchase tickets at the booth on the Mountain is $87.00

About Us

This suite is our second home, we ask that you respect and value the condition we like to keep it in. We live in North Vancouver, about an hour and one half from Whistler. Small business owners with two sons late teens and early twenties.

Perfect Christmas Holiday

Our family of 6 adults (3 couples) stayed here very comfortably for a week at Christmas. The condo was spacious enough for us to all relax comfortably together, with a beautiful view of the winter wonderland and warm fireplace for cozy evenings after skiing all day. The location is just far enough from the village to be a quiet home out of the fray, yet so close you can pop over on a whim.

We appreciated the secure garage, the use of the locker for our ski gear, and the overall quality of the furnishings in the condo. We prepared all our meals in the well-equipped, spotless kitchen -- every appliance was in perfect working order, and basic utensils/pots/pans were easy to find (but of course, bring your own knives and specialty cooking items if you have chefs in the group).

We all slept soundly on very comfortable beds. During such a busy time of year, we got to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer and feel like we were right at home. Outstanding. We hope to return again soon!

The condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, very nice! Lots of towels, pillows, blankets. Within walking distance to Whistler Village (15 minutes). The bathrooms were very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to rent this condo again!!

My family and I stayed at Grey Hawk Dec 26-Jan 2 and it was perfect for us. We were a total of 5 adults and a 3 year old. The condo was very clean, had all the essentials we needed, and very spacious. We were all very comfortable and the sound proofing is excellent! So if you do have a family member with the freight train snores you can rest easy you will not hear it in the separate bedrooms.

The location was also very convenient despite not being in the village. There is a nice walk around the golf course to get you to the village, but be sure you take the right entrance unless you are looking for a very long (still nice, but long) walk to the village. The views from the condo are breathtaking. You can sit in the living room for hours just staring outside at the mountains. Beautiful, just beautiful!

The hot tub was on every night except one because of the colder temp but also a great amenity. There is a treadmill and bike in the activities room downstairs which I took advantage of while there. There is also some room to do some exercises if you want but no weights or other equipment. The neighborhood is also very nice and I was able to go out for a run without any concerns.

I would highly recommend this condo! It is very well kept with breath-taking views from every room. The layout is great and is very condusive to spending quality time together. It is a very easy walk to the village, Alta Lake, and Creekside. We would happily rent this property again!

everything we needed or wanted was there, we spent 4 nights and was very comfortable. Lots of space, enough for 6, and never felt crowded, kids had their own area. Would definitely stay here again with a group in Whistler

We just got back from a week long stay in whistler and have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The unit is exquisitely maintained and clean. Everything appears recently renovated with all new appliances. The mountain view through the large windows in the living room was perfect. The location is just a few minutes from the village by car or a very short inexpensive cab ride at night. Would definitely recommend.

We rented this beautiful ski home from David and Kathleen. The place was exquisite with plenty of room for our family of five. We loved the views and the heated floors. The kitchen was modern with new appliances. The underground parking was handy as was the proximity to the slopes. We would definitely go back. The owners were helpful and responsive to our questions.
