THE EXCITMENT OF WHISTLER IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP! NORTHSTAR @ STONEY CREEK. You are minutes away from all that Whistler has to offer. Quiet location and just across the street from the "FREE" Ski Shuttle or an easy 10 min walk to both Ski Lifts.Walking distance to hiking, biking, golfing, shopping, pubs, clubs & restaurants. A full size grocery store "Marketplace IGA" is literally across the street for your convenience. Great family property, year round Heated Outdoor Pool/Hot Tub and just minutes away from the Whistler Olympic Plaza which has a childrens playground conveniently located across from the Starbucks!.

OUR CONDO INCLUDES: King bed, Murphy Queen Bed, (2) Twins. Clocks/ answering machine/hair dryer/makeup mirror. Bed Linens & 10 sets of towels, (in-suite washer and dryer "Quick" 25 Min Cycle includes soap) 40" HD LCD TV in livingroom, Master Bedroom 37" LED TV,Spare Bedroom also has a 32" LCD TV. Music channels, Shomi (similar to Netflix),video on demand (access to hundreds of free movies and programs) , PVR with recorded Movies, Ipod docking station and FREE WiFi. Very well equipped kitchen (many small appliances).Since Aug 2011 we have invested  over $11,000 in improvements .Some of these include new quality stainless sink and taps, new window screens, new quality pots and pans, new computer based locking system, new black out blinds in the bedrooms, new quality BBQ, new patio furniture, new art work, , new PVR.etc.etc.We have also purchased a new boot dryer, and DOWN DUVETS and covers for use during the winter months. There is also secure underground parking with bike storage lockers. And to top it off we have contracted out Front Desk and Concierge Services for the benefit of our guests to make their stay as hassle free and enjoyable as possible.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable only if we are able to replace your booking and refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights and re-booked rate + a 5% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds. We are not responsible for any circumstances which may result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information General information will be sent after the deposit is received. All checkin and resort info will be sent 30 days prior to arrival by our Reception Service.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage To be kept in U/G storage lockers. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $200 if bikes are brought into the unit. Bike oil and mud are not good companions for quality carpeting.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM . Contact us prior to arrival, early check-in may be arranged. Whistler Reception business hours are Dec 1-April 30 (8am-midnight). May 1- Nov30 9am -9pm Sun-Thur and 8am-midnight Fri-Sat. Contact us or Whistler Reception if you plan on arriving past business hours. A call out fee will apply.
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM . Contact us as late check-outs may be possible. (late Check out depends on my cleaners schedule and whether or not there is a same day check in.) REMINDER- YOU MUST RETURN YOUR KEYS TO WHISTLER RECEPTION @ DEER LODGE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU CHECK OUT OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO HAVE THEM PICKED UP ($35) IF KEYS ARE LOST THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ($ 150.) TO HAVE THEM REPLACED.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning will be charged to your damage deposit
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund! . Quiet time of 11:00 PM is strictly enforced.
Garbage Removal Please remove all garbage at time of check-out
Housekeeping Complimentary before and after . Self catering with supply of 10 sets of towels and bed linen. Additional housekeeping services are available at extra cost upon request.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler . By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accept all condtiions and terms as outlined in the policies and liablities sections.

Maintenance Emergencies 24 hr number will be supplied with your check in package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 . Will be evicted if more than 6 overnight guests
Missing Items You will be responsible for items missing or damaged from the condo. Each access code is unique and all entries and exits are recorded.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time of 11:00 PM . Show consideration to others for dish washer and laundry/ 10:00 PM should be the latest time for use of these appliances.
Parking & Ticketing Guest is responsible for any parking fines or damage. A parking stall # will be given out at check in for the duration of your stay. You may use any spot not marked RESERVED in the gated portion of the U/G for added parking. These spots are on a first come basis and not guaranteed. Do not use spots marked with any restrictions (eg. 2hr max, maintenance, etc) or you will be towed. Under ground clearance is 6'8" Max. for vehicles. (Roof carriers add considerable height, know the height of your vehicle before entering the underground to prevent damage to your vehicle or the underground piping )
Property Damage A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $500 WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN BY WHISTLER RECEPTION SERVICES and can be applied to any of the following. DAMAGE INCLUDES- noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken private or common property, smoking inside the condo, pets inside the condo, and all charges relating to police or security. A charge of $100.00 for a missing U/G parking & pool proximity card, $50.00 for U/G stairwell key, $50 for bike locker key. A signature on a Liabilty form will also be required at check in indicating your acceptance of our policies.
Resort Information Resort information book kept in Town House. Reception front desk has everything you will possibly need during your stay.
Terms of Eviction 24 hour security will evict you if you are not abiding by the rules. Any noise or inappropriate behavoir will be dealt with. If you are evicted, no refund will be given.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Care must be taken as not to damage any walls or doors with your equipment.
Hot Tub Absolutely no glass in or around the pool or hot tub area. Please use plastic or acrylic glasses that are provided in the condo.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are legally zoned for nightly rentals.

Would have liked to know that there was no elevator access from parking garage and that the unit was a long way away from the loading zone out front. Meant hauling luggage in from a considerable distance. Also, the assigned parking spot was way far away across the complex. I was able to change it to something closer by calling the "front desk".

There was a broken handle on the downstairs toilet (the flapper would not reset without manually lifting the lever, otherwise the water would keep running). I called it in to the "front desk" and they said they would send someone around to fix it, but no one came. I reported it again when I checked out. I would encourage you to put some sort of non-skid something in the bathtub and also in the downstairs shower, The depth of the upstairs tub is such that it is awkward to climb in and out of with not much to grab on to.

The downstairs TV did not work on the cable - kept getting a "no signal" message.

These are all minor things and not intended as criticism of our overall experience. We had a wonderful time, appreciated the fireplace, the outfitting of the kitchen, dishes, etc. We would gladly come back and would also gladly refer you to our friends! Thanks so much.

When checking in it would have helped to know we could park out front to unload.....we did not know this and had to hump a weeks worth of groceries and luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the parking garage with a door needing a key and not staying open between trips. Checking out far easier once we learned..

The unit was great and exactly as advertised. The living room is quite small and was a squeeze for our group of 5 but we made it work. My only 2 slightly negative comments which have nothing to do with the condo but the complex are as follows. The pool water was quite dirty and the pool area had no chairs to lay on. The weather was almost 70 degrees but people were laying on the hard concrete which made it very unenjoyable. The parking space within the garage was very small and our SUV barely fit. The angle that you have to park in made it very difficult. Smaller vehicles wouldn't have a problem.

But again, the unit was great...these are just a few comments about the amenities :) We love Whistler and will be back again soon!

Great little place walking distance to the slopes

This was a great little place close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the ski slopes. The unit was well maintained and very clean. The murphy bed was a little hard to use given the small space of the living room and all the furniture had to be pushed to one side making very little room for anything else.

I would say the unit is perfect for a group of 4 and a bit cramped for a group of 6 but still very doable. Parking was easy and convenient although the stairwell up from the garage is a little tough with ski bags. Overall a great location and I would definitely stay again.

My party of four stayed at this property for 5 nights in January. Description of the condo is spot on and owner was very responsive to my inquiries and requests. The condo is clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Wifi was provided and connection was excellent even with multiple devices connected.

Location was very convenient with underground garage. Across the street was a market and plenty of options for food as well as 4 minute free shuttle to the mountains for skiing/snowboarding.

My party had a great time and I would recommend staying on this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit.

The location is very convenient as IGA and lots of stores and restaurants are just a short walk. We love it that is kinda tucked away from the main village so it's very quiet at night. The Murphy bed in the living room is very comfortable and way better than a sofa bed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great too. We got lots of snow and my daughter was able to build a snowman outside the unit. The front desk was helpful and we were able to get a late check out even though we asked pretty much that morning. The only negative is that there are lots of stairs from parking to ground level and to the unit. It was tough to transfer our luggage and our two strollers.

Great location, well-appointed condo. We are a family of four and spend a week in Whistler each year. This condo was a great value and in a fantastic family friendly location. Parking is included (a huge value in Whistler) and very conveniently located under the unit in a parking garage.

Check in/check out were easy and fast. Reservations were quick and the owner very professional/courteous - no hidden costs (cleaning fees,etc...). The pool is perfect for kids with a nice large hot tub. In unit washer and dryer are a nice bonus. Great experience!

This unit was in the perfect location. We visited Whistler to watch Cranworx and I was concerned that it would be noisy with all the people around but it was very quiet and peaceful. Our kids loved sharing a bedroom and it was nice that they each had their own bed. The king bed in the master was incredibly comfortable. We also loved having access to the pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We LOVED this place! The condo was fantastic and we could not believe how well stocked it was! We were in Whistler with 3 other families; 2 of which were staying in Northstar and they could not believe how well stocked we were compared to their units. We have a 1 y.o. & 3 y.o. so the location could not have been more perfect--close to the IGA and the playground. Should we return to Whistler, we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice owners, clean bright space, great location. I have stayed twice here but have not had the chance to check out the amenities. Only complaint/suggestion would be the issue of no AC unit in the upper bedroom(s). It was sweltering by 8am. And when you're on vacation it's nice to try & sleep in. Otherwise great place & im sure we'll book it again.

We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of Jill and Lothar's hospitality. They allowed us to check in early to accommodate our toddler's nap schedule and that was such a relief for us! The condo is as described and was very comfortable for two couples and two babies. A note, there is no AC and it can get warm, but it wasn't anything that would prevent us from booking the condo again or recommending it. The location is excellent--just steps away from all the shops and restaurants at Whistler, yet quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Jill and Lothar's condo.

This unit is one of the nicer places we have stayed in Whistler. Because of the personal ownership there were amenities that you don't find in standard condos. There are plenty of hooks to hang ski clothing and the boot dryer was great. The kids loved to have such a nice bedroom with a TV, and the washer and dryer were the best we have used in a rental unit. The check in and out was seamless and overall we had an excellent experience. See you next year!

We were really impressed with this condo- it has absolutely everything one would need and it is great value. It's close to the free shuttle bus which makes getting to the hill easy and the marketplace mall is just across the road. The owners have thought of everything and furnished it including boot dryers and a BBQ on the deck. There are full instructions for the TV, WIFI, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was a nice supply of condiments, spices, tea, etc. The murphy bed was very comfortable.

We would highly recommend this unit and stay there again.

We had this place for a few nights. We had stayed in the Stoney Creek area before so we knew the area and the general setup of the complex. As far as the unit goes, it was clean and very well stocked. There were numerous signs and notes everywhere so there wasnt any sort of scavenger hunt to figure out how anything worked. The owners had also put together a great notebook with any information you could possibly want. The murphey bed in the main room was a great addition as well. All in all a really good spot for the price!

I have stayed in about 20 condos in Whistler over the past 10 years, and I would rate this the second best I've stayed in. The owners are very attentive to having the essentials (spces, paper towels etc) that are annoying to have to buy for a short stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, and both beds are extremely comfortable, which is very imporant after a long ski day. The location of the property is great - right across the street from the IGA and from a bus stop for a free shuttle to the mountain. The on site pool and hot tub are great as well. Great value for the money.

This condo is an ideal location, very close to the village, but tucked into the trees so you don't hear the noise of the village night life. This condo is also very close to the trails which is perfect for biking. The kitchen had everything we needs and more, everything was very clean, we felt at home here. We would definitely stay here in the future!
