Welcome to Cedar Hollow. Our comfortable 1 bedroom and den, 1.5 bathroom townhouse is conveniently located on the slopeside of Blackcomb Mountain. Ski-in/ski-out via the Cedar Ridge complex next door.
Cedar Hollow is close to all the activities and fun, but far enough away to preserve the peace and tranquility of a mountain retreat. Our unit is on the end of the row and boasts light spacious living with mountain views. You will find everything you expect on your Whistler vacation:

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.|

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||You will be evicted without a refund!.|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24-hour cell. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.|

We had a group of 5 staying here and we loved the location! It's ski in/ski out, and is perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers. The under floor heating was a great plus and we enjoyed how warm the property was when we arrived. The manager got back in contact with us quickly when we called him with an issue (ended up not being an issue!). The sofa bed isn't the comfiest of things and is slightly wonky, so it's probably best if there is max. 4 people sleeping here if that would bother you!View Full Review

Everything was great with this unit. Access to ski run was even easier than we thought it would be - shorter walk than anticipated. Returning to condo was super easy when skiing. During the day, when not skiing, you can take the Excalibur Gondola up to Blackcomb Base II and it's just a short walk down the Village Run ski run to the path to the condo. After the Excalibur Gondola stops running for the evening (sometime between 7 & 8 since it's used by employees to access the parking lots), the shuttle from the bus stop in the village will run you to the same place. I believe it's #7 to the staff lots.
Everything in the unit was clean and when I called Jason to ask about an exterior light repair and snow removal, he called right back and dealt with both issues. The only advice I would give is maybe to label the light switches and thermostats clearly. There were so many switches, we got confused and kept forgetting which ones were which. Also, a TV in the master bedroom might be a nice addition.
But, all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay, fulfilled our needs perfectly, and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Jason!View Full Review

Two things would improve this unit 1, electric kettle 2, If someone could put heating on just prior to arrival. We arrived about 7.30pm in the snow and the unit was really cold, I guess it had not been occupied the previous week. It would have been so much nicer if the unit had been cosy and warm for our arrival. It warmed up overnight after switching the heating on and is in fact a lovely warm unit.
The position is great and the unit very spacious and well laid out. There was a nasty gash on the sofa fabric which I am sure you are aware of - it will need attention as sitting on it makes the woven fabric fray even more. The steps were lethal in the ice but I managed to clear them with the dustpan!!! A small shovel in the unit would be useful.

We had a great stay in the apartment skiing back to the top of the street every night - fabulous. Town was just a short 10 min walk away down the piste. The condo was clean with the exception of cobwebs. The kitchen was well equipped though a little tired- the oven was hard to work and we didn't find a kettle. The bath was huge and shower really good and powerful. The wifi, tv and comfy sofa provided for a really relaxing stay.
Booking was easy and we were able to leave our bags on the last day for a late check out- fantastic. We would def stay again.View Full Review

Great location, although it was a bit colder in Whistler than normal we had difficulty keeping the temp consistent in the rooms, frying pans were well used and could have used a casserole dish. A hot tub would be a big plus. Overall great spot and value.View Full Review
Great location but unit needs some repairs

The unit requires some cleaning up and repairs. The upstairs bathroom had no heat and one electrical faceplate was broken( maybe it was the heat switch). The bathroom sink was also badly damaged and should be replaced. The oven turns on but the digital display is burnt out making it impossible to select a temperature, making the oven unusable. Overall, this could be a nice rental unit and I would recommend it if current issues were repaired.View Full Review

The location was perfect for ski in, just a short walk to the the mountain. The condo was outfitted with just about everything one would need for a five day stay. About a 10-12 min walk to Whistler lifts. Situated over retail shops at the Market Place so good location in terms of household essentials for extended stays. The kitchen is useful and equipped with essentials for cooking small meals. Nice living room with great lanai off this room.Bath and bedroom adequate nothing fancy. Communal hot tub was next to unit 301 so convenient but little noisy during peak hours. No complaints, dining table chair seat cushions a little worn and stained but generally unit was clean.
