Property Description

Spacious split level open concept condo.

Main floor: Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, common bathroom, kitchen, living, fireplace and  balcony

Living room includes extra queen size sofa bed, kitchen table (up to 8). Fully equipped kitchen is located off entrance.

Master bedroom has a King (2 twins upon request) and a pull out queen sofa bed. Fully ensuite and access to private deck form the master bedroom.

Second level: Enclosed loft is a full bedroom with a 2 twins (king upon request).

Note: we are currently completing a new renovation with new carpet and painting to be completed by November 15, 2014.

SKI IN SKI OUT from the Glacier Lodge: at the base of Whistler’s Mountains (lift access to both Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain). Glacier Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler's Upper Village. All you need is at your doorstep including the Blackcomb /Whistler Base & ski school, cafes, five star dining, ski shops and many activities. No need for shuttles or cars. Upper Village is also a preferred area for those who value a quite night’s sleep. Please see below maps.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations made 60 days prior of arrival date are fully refundable less $250 cancelation fee. Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior of arrival will be refunded provided the booked reserved dates can be resold. There would be $250 cancelation fee plus any difference in the rate to rebook.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations
Delayed Arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Extra housekeeping services available upon request.

Maintenance Emergencies Contact information for emergancies is provided in the welcome package e-mailed upon balance payment.

Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. Parking is $15 per day.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Open concept, modern, great for a group of 5

This condo was great for our recent girls' weekend. Spacious enough for 5 women (two bathrooms being a must) the owners accommodated us by changing all the king beds into singles. It was an open concept kitchen/dining/living room and perfect for socializing. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was an abundance of standing fans to help cope with the August heat.

The only minor complaint was upon check-out no one at the front desk was willing to send someone up to confirm all was well with the suite and it was unclear when our deposit would be refinded. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to a group or family of five.

The property was well maintained, it was easy to find and gain access, and it was a short drive to grocery shopping and restaurants. We're keeping it on our list for the next girls' weekend!

The condo was exactly like the photos! We loved it, beds were comfy! kitchen was awesome! not to mention the pool and hot tubs we had a amazing weekend in Whistler and the condo was a major contributor to it! Would 100% stay here again in the winter with the fireplaces on! so cozy!

Great location, great apartment

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at property #663. Apartment was well appointed and a short 2 minute walk to the Wizard chair at the bottom of Blackcombe mountain. Apartment was clean, fresh with modern decor. It was well stocked with crisp clean bedding and plenty of towels. The gas fire was a lovely feature after a long day skiing - as were the hot tubs and pool.

We were a party of 4 adults, 2 kids & a baby. Plenty of space for us all. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay in Whistler!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 with lots of room. It is truly steps away from the Blackhomb Mtn Base. Having the concierge service was really helpful also. We've rented a few condo spaces/homes and this unit was really clean. Response from the front desk was awesome and they arranged a SUV driver from YVR. We weren't too sure about not having a vehicle in Whistler, but it was not needed. A beautiful walk down to the village only took a few minutes. My daughters are still talking about the heated floors being such a nice luxury. Thanks again for sharing your place.
