Layout:  Main Floor: Spacious entry way, open concept kitchen, dining & living room with fireplace. LIving area has one Large sofa and new large leather club chair from Italy which is not shown in the current photo. An out side deck can be found just off the living room. From living room, a spacious master bedroom with full ensuite bath, Second bedroom, and 2nd full bathroom . UPSTAIRS LOFT: is fully equipped as a 3rd bedroom and has a split king sized bed (2 x twin beds or a king bed). Twin bed configuration must be requested in advance for all applicable bedrooms please). A very spacious (1200 sq ft) , comfortable layout on one floor with the exception of the loft.

CLIENT TESTAMONIAL: Thank you so much for having let us stay at your condo. It was a wonderful experience! Your unit is a lovely place, well decorated, and so cozy with a warm atmosphere. Furthermore, we found it to be extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable. We were 7 of us and we did not feel crowded. Everyone had his own space. The location was also great since we could walk and have lunch at the condo the day we went skiing. We enjoyed immensely our stay. If any of us were to return to Whistler one day we would certainly ask to rent your condo again if available. I would certainly like to be on your guest mailing list for any specials you may have in the future. The Glacier Lodge complex can be found in the Upper Village very close to the Wizard Express high speed chair lift. The ski school, and Blackcomb Day lodge are extremely close, making after skiing pick up of children very convenient.
The Upper Village is favoured by those who want proximity to all Village attractions, while staying in a quieter neighbourhood . The Upper Village has a great selection of boutiques, ski shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Once you arrive at the Glacier Lodge complex you do not require a car , everything you need is accessible by foot. Our Concierge will be able to organize grocery delivery prior to your arrival . Basic food supplies will be delivered the morning of your arrival. No need to navigate your way to the grocery store or one of the larger supermarkets after a long flight into Vancouver. At the Base of Blackcomb Mountain , across the road from the Chateau Whistler Hotel  is a smaller boutique grocery store, with a very good selection food items, dairy and produce. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests can arrive on any day of the week. . There are no arrival day restrictions
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 8% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required when reservation is confirmed
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is paid. Please remember to bring this with you to Whistler.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed guest stay contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Garbage Removal All guests are to remove garbage on days the condo is not serviced or where required. P1 level of complex
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 6 days or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Glacier Lodge guests enjoy free internet access. Details are in condo, a tech support telephone number is provided. The front desk staff will provide access codes for the network as they do change every couple of weeks
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door All guests must lock door when leaving the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Please contact our Head Concierge in an emergency. Details and contact numbers will be in your check-in information
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking is underground and secured. Please pay on arrival at front desk $12 daily, less per day for longer stays
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. An approvalof $1200 covers any damage that may occur to our laptop, plasma TV and our property contents
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.

Snow Guarantee For each day that greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 corresponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1-March 31

Check-in questions

Is check-in straight forward? Yes! we will provide all guests with complete check-in details once your final payment of accommodation has been paid. This information is emailed to you. You must print this information . 24 hour a day, keyless entry system with your own code. If you have any questions contact our Concierge immediately on 604 932 9893. Once you have arrived at the Glacier Lodge, proceed to the 3rd floor #315. You must purchase parking validation at the front desk on arrival if you have a vehicle. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Can I check-in early? This must be pre-arranged. We are able to offer early check-in if we do not have a same day check-out. Please contact us prior to departure. We are happy to accommodate early check-in's if we can
Can we have a late check-out? If we do not have a group/family arriving the same day as your check-out, we can accommodate this request. Please check with us ahead of time please. We can not guarentee this is possible but we will do our best!
What happens if we forget our check-in instructions? Please bring two copies! or at least write down your condo name, number, and our Concierge's contact number on a peice of paper that is not with your other information. Please contact us enroute to Whistler if you have forgotton your information.
Please inform us about the parking available at the Glacier Lodge! Parking is available, in the secured underground parking garage, underneath the Glacier Lodge. This is available to all guests at a daily cost of $12CDN/$7 daily. At the front desk is the parking validation machine. You can pay for parking with your credit card. Extra guest parking is availble as well.
Will our pre ordered lift tickets be in the property when we check-in? If you have ordered your ift tickets on line through Allura Direct & added the Concierge's name to your lift tiket order, or through our concierge directly , your tickets will be in your condo for arrival. If not please call Shirley Hill's, I am sure they are on their way! 604 932 9893
What happens if we arrive and our property has not been prepared yet? You must contact our concierge immediately! Our service looks after many units in the Glacier Lodge, they will most likely be on their way. We must be notified straight away, we will have your unit ready as soon a possible.
