Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 Will be evicted if more than 6 occupants without my written permission.

Property Damage CND 600.00 deposit required at time of balance payment by credit card. This includes CND 100.00 deposit for 1 parking permit. Our caretaker will hold your credit card deposit until check-out inspection is complete. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. Any amount over CND 500.00 will be pursued for recovery by renters. Property Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction No refunds for eviction. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace, excess of 6 overnight occupants without our permission, smoking.

Best morning run and lift on Blackcomb Jersey Cream lift and run for a nice warming up.
Best place to park Take the free shuttle bus which stops right in front of the Blackcomb Daylodge !
Best places to ski with kids Easy out from top to bottom of Catskinner lift
Tips from dropping kids off at Kids Camp They love Kids Camp ! Dress them warm enough, let them wear their helmets and goggles, put on sunsreen and off they go !
What I don't like about Blackcomb Blackcomb Glacier Road: it never ends !
What I like the most about Blackcomb Less people start and end their day on Blackcomb, so less crowds, less waiting and you won"t loose your children while bringing them to ski school.
Worst run and lift Blue line is the worst run and Catskinner lift is worst lift (too slow)

What I don't like about Whistler Mtn. The top of the Saddle because of all the people who are scared or waiting in this narrow area, and of course when you make your first turn they decide to start too. You really have to watch out for collisions.

Best table where you will find a view! Most mountain restaurants have awesome views. Saturday nights BBQ (in summer) in the Roundhouse on Whistler Mnt is our childrens favourite, the food is good and abundant and the view guaranteed.
Favorite ethnic restaurants Need to find a new one now that Zeuski"s Taverna is closed
Favorite family restaurant Caramba in summer (on the patio), The Keg in winter
Favorite place for drinks and appetizers If you want to sit inside in front of the fireplace or prefer a quiet patio go to Monk"s (Blackcomb Base). The wings and shrimps are delicious.
Favorite Pub/Bar Merlin"s (Blackcomb Base) is great for drinks and nachos, both in summer and winter. Children are allowed until 7 pm and they are able to run around or play in the snow while you can still see them.
Favorite up-scale restaurant Araxi in summer (on the patio), the RimRock Cafe in winter
Top spot for coffee Horstman Hut to enjoy your coffee with a view ! (it takes 3 chairlifts and all morning but it"s worth it)

For Skiers and Boarders Only

Best lunch strategies Call in the morning to reserve your table at Christine&quot;s (Blackcomb) or Steeps (Whistler) for your full-service lunch. Have coffee and wafles at Crystel hut and you do not need to lunch. Pack your lunch if you are on a budget. Microwaves are available in most mountain restaurants to warm your lunch.
How I avoid feeling pain the next day! Relax in the hot tub !

Recommended kids clothing For winter: ski clothing, turtle necks, hats, gloves, goggles. For summer: easy fitting clothes were they can play in and cloths that may become dirty and don"t forget their hiking boots.
