This 2 level townhome is 1600 sq. ft in size. Located on the main floor are 2 bedrooms, plus den/bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, laundry facilities, and sliding door out to the private hot tub. The main living space is on the second level with high vaulted ceilings, the living room, dining room, kitchen, private deck, upper master bedroom with full ensuite and another half bathroom.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Check-Out Time by 10 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed. This is monitered and can result in a Strata fine of $200 payable by the registered guest. Respect the privacy of neighbours
Housekeeping Mid-stay clean is available on request for standard fee. Charge of $200 if stay is less than 3 nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property. This includes guests invited over

We are a family of four who live in the Vancouver area and have been enjoying Whistler for over 25 years. Owning a beautiful 'home away from home' in Whistler has been a dream come true. In the winter we love skiing and snowboarding both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains and in summer we enjoy mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and playing tennis. Wonderful Whistler!

I have one question. How could you visit Whistler and not have a wonderful, magical, memorable time? Next to impossible. Our visit was beyond our expectations on all levels. We arrived late as we trekked from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it was a great relief to see such beautiful accommodations albeit a little further from the village than I expected but still very doable and we did find the free parking lot on Glacier Rd.

Montebello accommodations were very clean and welcoming. The heated floors were great especially for my cold toes after a day of skiing! We had 9 in our group and since 7 were guys it was hard to accommodate sleeping but we managed.

The hot tub was put to good use and a nice amenity to have. Cooking a meal was easy in the well equipped kitchen although a new non stick skillet is highly recommended. The queen bed in my room was very comfortable especially after a long day on the slopes it was easy to melt into it. I would have liked to have had a mirror in that room as I was sharing the bathroom with once again all the guys.

Overall, a great, great, great! vacation and looking forward to a return sooner than later. Thanks Sue and Steve for helping make our Whistler vacation one to remember!

Everything about this unit was great, from location to the spaciousness of the unit to the use of the garage (for storing our bikes). Worked out really well for 2 families to stay. Really liked that we could have the twin beds in the one bedroom with the ensuite pushed together to make a second master, so that both sets of parents had ensuites. Two older kids shared one bedroom and the 2 smaller ones shared the comfy pullout in the den.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and nice that the dining table could accommodate all 8 of us. Sue & Steve were excellent hosts to deal with - thank you!!

We will definitely stay there again!

TV in den did not work, but caretakers of property were so responsive and did their best effort as did we. Overall, great home to stay in, great use of garage, and very clear instructions and directions given for getting to the home, and managing around the home. LOVED the games available for use, too!

This place is very function able and quite close to the local amenities. It comfortably slept 5 grown men. It is clearly used principle for rental as many of the supplemental food item, spices, etc. were not to be found as would be in a place that was trey a second home. Otherwise it worked well.

The location is great, it is easy walk to the village. Our family have a great time. The only one thing is the BBQ is not working. We are a bit disappointed. Otherwise we love your home and all the things provided.

We booked the townhouse to accommodate our family of 10 for a Christmas/New Year reunion. It was terrific! Every room was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with the necessities. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms had a TV with the exception of one. The internet was a little slow and only worked in certain areas of the house. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The location - which was very quiet - could not have been any better. The grandchildren were enrolled in ski lessons at Blackcomb and the shuttle was within walking distance or you could even walk to the ski hills. The village was within a block. The entire experience was terrific and I don't think we could have asked for anything better. We would without any hesitation rent this unit again.

I did all the planning for this trip and when our group entered the unit everyone was extremely happy with me! We had an amazing time and enjoyed each others company in peace and quiet. Long days of snowboarding were followed by a few drinks in the hot tub, good dinners, and comfortable nights!

The location of this townhome is excellent - just a short 5 minute walk into town (if that!!). It is obvious that the owners take great care of their home as on arrival everything was very clean, comfortable, and in working order. The home was large enough for our group of 8 to fit very comfortably. The kitchen is very well-appointed with all of the common appliances and tools you might need in order to be able to cook dinners at home too! We were given excellent directions to the home prior to our departure as well as instructions for how to enter the home and who to call if we needed anything. All in all I was very very pleased!!! Great place to stay. House is extremely well equipped with every conceivable kitchen utensil and vessel you would ever need for cooking meals in. Lots of towels and pillows, BBQ worked great. Lots of trouble shooting guides to all household equipment. Internet and TV worked perfect as did everything else.

Whistler Winter Fun

Our group has been doing an annual ski trip for a number of years now. We keep coming back to Montebello as its a good compromise in size, location, price and amenities. This unit in particular has worked very well, having stayed here 3 years running now. Having the living area upstairs works great for those who want to stay up late as people in downstairs bedrooms aren't disturbed. Also the Den/4th bedroom makes this unit larger the many of the other units in the complex as well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils for cooking if you opt not to go out and the hot tub is always nice after a hard day on the hill. Distance wise its a bit of a walk to the lifts, I'd recommend a cab or bus if you have your gear (but know people who still walk), without gear its an easy stroll to the main village.

The home was easy to find and access. The walk into North Village was short though I wouldn't want to walk it in ski boots. It's best to have a non skier in the group that can do the drop offs and pick ups. Area was quiet and everything worked in the home. The guidelines and documentation were helpful. Hot tub was used extensively though it did seem to have problems keeping the temperature at 104F during periods of long use in the evening. The weather was -15 to -20C in the village at this time.
