Our condo is situated on the second floor of Deer Lodge. It has a spacious feel to it, with a separate bedroom, bathroom & in-suite laundry area all on one level. The kitchen/dining/living area are open plan.

Deer Lodge is situated between Main Street and Village Stroll. It is in a residential area of Village North which includes many restaurants, cafes and shops. Despite being in the heart of the village, our home is in a quieter area at night, but a short walk across the bridge takes you to the night-life should you so desire.

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Included in the price. Cleaned prior to arrival & after departure. Additional complimentary housekeeping for stays of over 8 nights.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons maximum. Exceptions for babies
Missing Items Guest authorises a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated property damage policies. A $50 CDN per key is payable in the event of keys being lost/discovered missing after check-out. Strata will also have to be informed of this breach in security and all relevant locks may have to be replaced at an additional cost to the guest.
Property Damage We do not take a damage deposit at the time of booking, but by accepting our guest stay contract guests authorise up to $1000 CDN charge on credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: Noise complaints; Common or private property damage;Excessive cleaning charges;lost/broken/missing common or private property items;smoking inside the unit;pets inside the unit; all charges relating to Security Company or Police involvement regarding property occupants' behaviour whilst in the property or common premises.

On a Personal Note

Our favourite season in Whistler and why. Winter of course! Mind you the spring (& summer)skiing are great. We have just spent a amazing few weeks in the autumn & it was fantastic for cycling, golfing& hiking. We"re spoilt for choice.
What makes Whistler so special and unique? The skiing & other activities are so close by. The pedestrianised village. The people.

About Us

We came to Whistler for a vacation in 2000 & liked the place so much we bought a 2 bedroomed condo. We have been coming to Whistler a few times a year since then. We love skiing, but enjoy the other seasons just as much. Whistler truly is an all-year round resort. We went to visit during the summer & when we saw the fantastic location & amazing view from this 1 bedroomed condo in Deer Lodge, we had to buy it. We have completely re-decorated & re-furbished it to make it a comfortable 'home from home' for our guests.
