Property Description

Welcoming entryway with open concept kitchen, dining & living room. There is a gas fireplace, a covered deck off the living room, master bedroom with ensuite bath, den with two single beds and second bathroom. The two sleeping area as well as the living room all have seperate TV's with DVD players. When the family comes back home after a long day of skiing, everyone can watch their own movie and relax. Our home away from home backs onto the woods and you can see the Wizard chair if you look towards the slope. You are sure to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing evening after a great day on the slopes.

Location

Our home is located on Blackcomb mountain just above the main lift area. You can walk from your room, pick up your skis from your private ski locker, take about 20 steps onto the hill, put on your skis and ski down to the main lift. There is absolutely no need to drive once you have arrived at the Woodrun. It is walking distance to everything including the upper village and the main village.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 - 10pm. Late check-ins MUST be arranged in advance with the front desk: 604-932-6707.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Departure cleaning is included with reservation. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In-house manager available for emergency service. The live-in managers are very friendly and help make the Woodrun building exceptional experience.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people maximum.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. Upon payment of deposit, you are agreeing to pay for any damages during your stay.

Terms of Eviction Per Whistler by-law, 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service. All costs associated with security call-ins will be charged to the guest creating the disruption.

Very much enjoyed staying here and would rent it again. Location is awesome for ski in/out. 3 of 5 on facilities was related to no pool towels must bring your own down, lack of signage in the underground parking lot and how troublesome the ski locker locks are. None of these would stop me from going to this location again but worth noting.

The condo was precisely as advertised. The property was a little bit older and showed it's age. The value and location to village was superb - easy access to lift, close enough walk to village, far enough away to avoid rift raft.

A great addition would be a bbq grill on the deck or available on the property's common area. The heated pool was awesome - even believe it was salt water version (not chlorine).

Wonderful Place

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay here! The unit is well furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor is a little dated but everything is in good condition and in perfect working order. My kids loved the bunk beds and my wife and I appreciated not having to share a bathroom with them. The unit has 2 full bathrooms!!

We arrived past 11pm after a long drive up from Seattle. We called ahead and arranged a late arrival and the front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. They had placed a key in a lock box and gave us the combo for the lock box. This made the late check in stress free.

The convenience factor to this location is hard to beat. Steps outside the provided ski lockers and you are literally on the slope of Blackcomb. After a day of skiing, ski right up to the building and it's just steps back to the ski locker. The large common hot tub feels great to soak our tired muscles and the kids enjoyed playing in the heated pool.

Overall, a perfect family ski vacation! We would definitely stay here again! The only con, if you can call it that, is the unit faces the woods. So the the view is looking at trees instead of the mountain. After a long day of skiing, we actually appreciated having the privacy of just trees outside the window.
