We really enjoyed our stay in Whistler. The condo was just what we needed and I appreciated the peaceful setting. Janet was very organized, thorough and gave us all we needed to function in the condo. Thank you Janet.
The Peak to Peak gondola was a once in a lifetime ride. So many great places to eat, yet our favorite was the pork burrito at the taco shop which was a couple minutes away. The market also was just a couple minutes away. We never had to use the car since we were able to walk to everything in Whistler. This value was a dream come true.
We found no extra trash bags under the kitchen sink, but I had some of my own. And the condo seemed a little stuffy and the windows had no screens, so we didn't open them, and used the fans.
But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if were to visit Whistler in the future. Again, big thanks to Janet.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

We rented this little condo very last minute for my boyfriends birthday weekend. The place was a little hard to find initially but when we finally did find it we were very pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was about a 5 minute walk from the village and a 1 minute walk to Marketplace. You could cook your own meals there if you wanted. The pool was normally pretty busy so we didn't end up going there but it was the perfect little condo for our weekend getaway. I booked Northstar for the location as I have friends living in Valhalla & Glacier's Reach. The property is well maintained & clean. The only complaint I would have is the bed in the master bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable, to the point the sofa bed was more comfortable. Other than that it is a nice property.

We stayed for 10 days for the purpose of skiing. The home, although not extremely spacious, was just right for our needs. The patio and barbecue were great. The location was very handy to the shuttle bus that goes to the lifts each morning. We were right across the street from the market and shops of Whistler Village. The pool and hot tub were a quick walk from the condo. The hot tub was disappointing on a number of days because the water was not hot enough to really enjoy. When the temperature was up, it was great. Cleaning services were fine, although the cleaner did not show up until the lifts were closed and we were back. He did not leave us any toilet tissue or Kleenex. On whole, the experience was very positive. Instructions and check in were seamless. We would dedinately book this home again.

My family stayed in this unit for 4 days over Xmas Holidays! First of all the secure underground parking was a real bonus. We were very, very happy with the location , across the street from the Market Square offering a large grocery store and village shops!The unit was generous in size and offered everything to make our family break enjoyable! We definitely recommend this unit for a getaway!

Fantastic location, easy to find. Located ~2 minute walk to the IGa grocery store. Didn't use the complex's swimming pool, but it's right a few steps away. Despite this, it's quite quiet and we had two nights of cooking and eating in without any disruptions. Fully stocked kitchen, included salt and pepper! Only criticism is the Fisher-Price quality kitchen knives. Great two-day vacation.

Our family loves staying near the Marketplace IGa when we are skiing because it's close to the free bus and the grocery store which makes our stay very easy. There's no need to use our car again after we arrive.

You Condo is very nice overall. It is in a good location and worked well. I stayed with my young adult daughter. The sleep sofa is bad. The part for the head is lower than the part for the feet and, to be frank, it is a very poor sleep sofa. The mattress is bad and it squeeks. I have stayed at other units just like yours with much better sleep sofas. I slept on it. For that reason I would not stay there if I were going to need a sleep sofa in the future. The Carpet is pretty dirty and /or badly stained. I think it needs a good cleaning as well as better vacuuming. For the record I am a landlord myself with 2 long term rentals so I know what it takes to maintain a property. But the rest of the condo very nice and useable and I would stay there again if it were my wife and me. It turns out that one of the brackets was damaged, and has since been repaired/replaced. My apologies for your inconvenience during your stay.

We were very satisfied with our accomodation. The location was perfect for us - a nice brief walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and the Stroll/Village shops and playpark. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and went in daily, despite the cold fall weather.

An excellent, ground level, one bedroom condo with a good location adjacent to the Lower Whistler Village with quick walking access to all amenities. A quick trip across Northlands blvd to the market made picking up supplies a breeze. The well-stocked liquor store is part of the same complex. Shops, restaurants. bistros and pubs of the lower village are within proximity. The Upper Village (Blackcomb) is only a 10 minute walk. The condo itself is roomy enough for four and appears to have been updated. Fresh paint, nicely furnished, very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed for our vacation was there including BBQ and patio. Those arriving during the Spring, Summer and early Fall via the Whistler Rocky Mountaineer Train might wish to consider this condo as an alternative to a hotel. We did. Loved our stay at Janet and Ron's place. The best place to date of our numerous stays at the Stoney Creek NorthStar complex over the years. We didn't use the lovely pool and sauna this time, but it is there for those who choose to. Thanks again to Janet and Ron for sharing their lovely home with us. We'll be back next year!

The Location of the condo was great, just a short walk from the main street of the village. The place was cute. The water pressure of the shower was great. The bed was comfortable, but I think needs to be tightened, as it squeaks every time you turn over! Thanks for a great stay.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during Spring Break. the location was perfect, just across the street from Whistler Village (where all the shops, lifts and restaurants are). The Pool and hot tub are close to the condo (but not so close you can hear people) and was a beautiful end to a day of skiing. We cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We got all of the information we needed right away from the owners, they were very professional. My only recommendation would be to bring slippers as our feet got a little cold!
