Welcome to Whistler! This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath, 1800 sq. ft. Montebello townhome boasts mountain views and a private hot tub for 8 surrounded by evergreens. The location couldn't be better -  just a short walk to the village and Whistler/Blackcomb mountain gondolas. The unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably and has everything you need for a perfect family holiday.

The unit is extremely spacious, spread over two floors with separate living and dining areas and a back garden patio. Heated floors and air conditioning will ensure that you stay comfortable any time of year. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough dishes, pots, pans and counter space to cook for 8+ people.

Property Description

Drive in to our townhouse, park your car in the garage and everything is very accessable from there. The kitchen, living room. dining room, hot tub and one full bathroom are on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs: the master bedroom has a closet, ensuite with two sinks and king size bed . The two spare bedrooms are down the hall and share the 3rd bathroom that has a bath, shower and two sinks.

Within short walking distance there is a year round tennis court facility with gym and seasonal swimmng pool is available but entrance fees apply. This private location is just minutes away from all the activity of the Village, but you will enjoy staying in as much going out.

Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4PM. Possible early check in theremay be a $50 additional fee
Check-Out Time 10 AM. Possible Late check out there maybe an additional $50 fee
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Should the check out procedures in the house not be followed , it may result in additional cleaning fees.
Excessive Noise Any violation of the QUIET time after 10 pm may result in a $300 fine that is your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card. second noise violation will result in eviction and no refund.
Housekeeping Complimentary. unless less than min stay $CDN150 daily cleaning available unpon request at additional charge.
Liability We assume no liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while on the property,in transit or while in Whistler.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max 9 people. Beds for 8 many time there are children so please confirm with us.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time begins at 10 pm So music being heard outside or loud activity by the hot tub or otherwise may result in a $300 fine.
Property Damage Any damage or loss to property or contents. As per the guest contract, you agree to pay for all damages incured during your stay.

OMG. This property looked so beautiful when my family, three sons, one partner and us parents arrived from Australia for Xmas. The property also 'was' what it looked, perfect for us with all amenities very serviceable and comfortable. Property was an easy stroll into town and lifts. 'Our' street was quiet and removed from the hussle and bussle of the village. It really did seem like a home away from home with everything an adult family of 6 could need. We will never forget our one and only white Xmas at Whistler.

very nice unit in the Montebello development. good location. short 5 min walk to the village. bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were nicely appointed. only issues were getting the tv's to work as most of the remote controls had dead batteries and there were supposed to be 4 teak patio chairs but we only had 3. As well, the passcode for the garage did not seem to work so we'd always have to go through the front door.
