Welcome to Glacier's Reach in Whistler! Our townhome is located in the heart of Whistler Village, surrounded by mountains and all of the amenities you'll need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. Our corner unit has a hot tub located on a second-level deck with lovely views and privacy from the streets. Our unit does not overlook busy Lorimer Road, we have a view towards the pool from the second floor in our living room area .  We believe that we have one of the most spacious and best located townhouses in the Glacier's Reach complex. We are dedicated hosts who will do our best to ensure your stay is both memorable and enjoyable.

 Property Description

Private and spacious upper level corner unit, one of the largest in the Glaciers Reach complex. Ground floor entrance with ski/boot storage and stairs up to main level with living room and bedrooms. Avoids the noise and lack of privacy of ground floor units or those overlooking the road. The living room/dining area has a fireplace, widescreen TV and DVD, ipod radio system, and a leather sofa. The dining table has seating for six (2 fold-up chairs). The two bedrooms are on the main level, and the main bedroom has a separate entrance off the main stair, a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV with a blu-ray DVD, a private deck with a view of Blackcomb mountain, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. There is a second bathroom with soaker tub off the main living room.

We also have a front-entrance mudroom that provides storage for winter gear and skis.

New five-person private Beachcomber hot tub with jets and lighting on a covered main deck with a view of Blackcomb Mountain. Second covered deck off main bedroom with  views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. All of the amenities you will require for a comfortable and relaxing visit, including air-conditioning, private hot-tub, Jacuzzi tub, clean towels and linens, wireless internet and complementary housekeeping at the end of your stay and every week if staying longer than 9 nights. Outdoor heated pool (open all year), hot-tub, sauna and fitness room. Beautiful, landscaped grounds with trees, mature shrubs and flowers adding to the privacy but not obstructing the views. Secure no-charge underground parking - reserved space just inside parkade entrance.

Location

Ten minute walk to the lifts or two minutes via free shuttle (every 5-10 minutes) which stops just across the street. All other Village amenities are a few minutes walk along the Village Stroll - ensuring easy access without the noise of the central Village. Situated at the north end of the Village Stroll adjacent to the Valley Trail and Whistler Tennis Club. Three championship golf courses and Lost Lake beach are within one mile of the unit.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days Arrival can be any day of the week or weekend.
Cancellations Made by Guests Your deposit payment is non refundable in cases of cancellation when only your deposit portion of your reservation has been made . Cancellations made after full payment has been made, 25% or the deposit portion of your payment is still non refundable.The remaining 75% is only refundable based on the number of nights rebooked and at the rebooked rate
Delayed Arrivals I am unable to refund for delayed arrivals or early departure.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent after receipt of deposit. The information is sent again with the entry code, receipt etc following payment of final balance
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time After 4.00pm. Any change of time must be arranged in advance.
Check-Out Time Before 10.00am. Any change of time must be arranged in advance
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will result in a fine or eviction.
Housekeeping Prior to arrival, following departure and every 7 days if staying 10 nights or longer. Can be arranged more frequently at guest's expense ($110 for a full clean). A complimentary mid-stay clean for guests staying 10 days or longer includes a towel change, wipe of kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed, linens changed and toilet paper stocked.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact numbers provided. Contact numbers for myself, housekeeper, security, emergency/lock-out, and hot-tub maintenance
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Exceeding this will lead to eviction or payment of an extra fee of $75 per night
Missing Items Please replace any damaged items. Damage due to normal wear and tear is expected
Noise Restrictions No excessive noise between 10.00pm and 7.00am. No hot-tub use after 10:00 p.m. - as per strata regulations.
Parking & Ticketing Designated parking place included. Extra parking spaces are available in the unsecured underground parking located on Northlands Blvd. at no cost.

Property Damage Although I do not ask for a security deposit I hope and expect any damage caused by guests to be reimbursed.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for overnight rentals.
Resort Information Sent with entry code, directions and receipt. Also available in the unit and the reception building
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Ski racks and boot dryer in entrance hall.
Terms of Eviction Damage, excessive noise, or exceeding sleeping capacity. Please note that hot-tubs cannot be used after 10:00 pm as per local Whistler municipal noise by-law and strata policy. Using the hot-tub after hours will result in a $150.00 fine from onsite security.

We  keep our townhouse in excellent condition and repair.
